Well summarized
BNSS has cleared prosecution department which is good thing, BNSS has gave clarity to every step just read book and get knowledge, no myths can be spread , persons falsely accused can read book and can fight his own case , may be some clauses effect nexus but from view of a accused who is not able to get reputated council, but educated Indian citizens will get justice
Where to find part 1 n 2?
Madam 🙏
SO MANY SECTIONS IN OUR COURTS, POOR AND INNOCENT PEOPLE CAN'T CLAIM, THESE ARE ALL FOR RICH AND POLITICIANS
In name of normalisation
Integrity of NEET PG is flouted
Please opposition must stand by NEET PG aspirant & stop loot of seats
1 session NEET PG must for proper evaluation & CJI SC must upheld the plea to conduct 1 session NEET PG after monsoon season & not multi session NEET PG where south pregnant doctors given seat 1000 km away
National commission for women & human rights activist must look in to it too
Confused expression
Indian justice is not only slow the accused are roaming i never liked it
Madam,
Who told you that provisions for trial being conducted in absentia were not there in Cr.P.C.?
Only if some stray judgment of Supreme Court says so does not mean it to be correct.
Please please for heavens sake study very carefully before you start your sermons because it may mislead thousands of new budding lawyers who unlike the older generation rely less on books and study than A.I.s or lectures.
Please sir, enlighten us. To the best of my knowledge i have the understanding that only evidence could have been recorded in absence of the accused. I had never heard of trial under Crpc in absence of accused.
What is this nuisance and nonsense, why Hindi names.must be in english only.
