Compared to the relatively whacked out world of Strymon and Eventide (which, don't get me wrong, I think are great pedals), I really appreciate the relative simplicity of this. Nice tones, too.

I use my Ambi Space alot -- it's been well worth the money. Sounds great in all modes. One criticism: the spring reverb decays too quickly, even on the highest settings. I don't find this aspect realistic, although in all other respects the spring setting sounds great. It just doesn't last as long as a real spring tank.
I love the size and layout but want more parameters for the reverbs. Just a couple more, nothing crazy but as a result this wouldn’t be for me. Close though, and sounds ace
Hey Leon, great review as always! I know you're a big fan of delays, but what's your view on final reverb sound when comparing DSP rack (pcm80 etc) vs pedal format (RV500, strymon, etc) vs Fractal? Michael Nielsen did a nice reverb review some years ago, but i just wanted your POV.
Free The Tone products sound incredible. When I tried the avatar for the first time (previously using a waza ce2) I felt the chorus sound respond to my playing in a very melodic way which really made it all beautiful. When a pedal gives you a musical feel in an instant like this you know it's the one. Regarding the Ambi Space I wonder if the reverb sounds as good as it does in mono. I tried the Universal Audio Golden in mono but felt the hall signal was too weak.
great video. question for you: would you repurchase a Lexicon MPX1 (sold mine a few months ago) or buy the Ambi Space? I was really only using the reverb on the MPX1, so I don't need the MPX1 additional effects. What I'm looking for is a warm, realistic, normal reverb. I tried the BigSky and BlueSky, but those just weren't the Lexicon quality I was used to

If you like what the MPX-1 does that's a no brainer to me. The Ambispace is great but it does it's own thing

I'm looking for the best plate delay out there. Interestingly the plate on the Ambu Space sounds like shit, but the rest of the delays sound amazing!
