I want to say here how much I appreciate that EHX didn’t immediately send this to 100 UA-cam reviewers, or if they did, I appreciate that you kept the news embargo until after you announced. I’m actually feeling fatigued and bored by the same 50 UA-camrs in my deed reviewing the identical item and publishing it on the same day. It just feels manipulative.
1000% I have unsubscribed from almost all of “them” for just that reason. Between that and guitar influencers who appear to have every pedal ever made except a damn tuner…
Glad to see this. The POG era was really when EHX was starting to be above and beyond once again. Here's hoping for an updated Memory Man w/ Hazarai in this enclosure, with a screen and everything
An updated Hazarai would be incredible. It’s my favorite delay because of the reverse delay section. That controllable reverse on the tap tempo section is the coolest feature on delay pedal and I’m surprised no other pedals have it. I love my Grand Canyon, but that’s the feature that kept me from kicking the SMMH off my board.
Once again Bill you have outdone yourself on EHX Demo's. Just how am I going to explain to my wife that "But honey, love of my life, I simply must have this pedal"

Not much of a guitarist but I have long loved and owned EXH gear for use with synths. These guys have steadily innovated tools that encourage the exploration of new musical forms. Really great box. I wish they would release some things for Eurorack! And gotta love those extreme closeup shredding shots...

In part because - no other demo that I have seen so far at least - gives such an in depth review of such breadth and depth. Now that I have heard this demo I'm salivating - gotta have! Thanks for such an incredible review.
Oh yeah, I just knew I needed a great big red pedal in my life! Wow! Great demo from Bill Ruppert again too. Lots of possibilities for different kinds of music. Street price makes this possibly the most expensive EHX pedal ever but it also may be the most capable. Previously you may have needed to have a hex pickup with a guitar synth or the like for some of these types of sounds.
It’s nice to see when a pedal comes out there aren’t 10 videos all saying how awesome it is. EHX doesn’t need to rely on marketing gimmicks for this one. The price hurts my wallet though but I’ll survive. Forgot to mention, sounds great.
Holy shit this is insane, I was already saving for a POG2 but now I'm 100% putting it towards this. Can't wait to see others getting their hands on it. I want to see some stereo Joe Satriani Super Colossal type tones from this beast. Also want to hear this with just some 1 octave up and down in the effects loop of a distorted amp since it wasn't shown here.
This is incredible! Perhaps I missed it, but if only this had a Square Wave channel this could take the place of my Bass Micro Synth. ... Or maybe the Bass Micro Synth should get this treatment!
Finally the world’s best pedal company has finally added midi connectivity. Holy fuck!! Now make a 9 series mega pedal (all 9 series effects) with midi control and I’ll happily sell my kidneys for it.

You can crank up the input to a Square Wave sound
