I think the inconsistency with Baby and Funtime Freddy's original heads from SL (not their Pizzeria Sim versions) is just because Steel Wool don't have those models. Same as the phantoms (well, atleast Freddy and Foxy) using their old FNAF 1 models in VR when that's not how they look in FNAF 3. I don't hate the idea of Blob stealing parts from the Special Delivery bots tbf - would explain the multiple Bonnie arms like you said. I just don't think it's that deep. Still get your logic though.
I agree with all them being AR animatronics inside Blob except Puppet I actually think that’s the original Puppets mask it really bothers me that a lot of people seem to forget that Puppets mask was in Fazbear’s Fright as a decoration hinting that at some point her mask fell off then when she got put into Lefty she is still missing the mask meaning literally anything could have happened to the mask afterwards maybe it burnt in the fire maybe it was salvaged by Henry that could also be another possibility that Henry went around salvaging all the spare animatronic parts and brought them to pizza sim to burn and as for the three Bonnie left hand thing I mean eh they could have just gotten lazy when designing Blob and just copy and pasted the same arm three times then called it a day idk
