Hello! for those of you wondering about SpringLocks, I had originally mentioned it, but cut the clip due to it not really adding much to the theory. All I really would have mentioned was that "the kid inside Golden Freddy might have died a more painful death due to the springlocks, causing themselves to become more powerful through agony/intense emotionally charged remnant". I didn't think it would add much, but there it is :] this video was moreso supposed to be a concept theory/small character analysis rather than a fullblown theory
On the topic of animatronic AI mixing with spirit's personality, Baby is far from the only example of this. Circus Baby is the most complex AI we've encountered that we know is possessed but pretty much every spirit who possesses an animatronic is affected by its programming to some degree beyond just the physical restrictions, even if it's fairly simplistic. Almost all of the animatronics in FNAF 2 are fooled by the mask, the animatronics moving toward sound is why Springtrap follows the audio lures in FNAF 3 and presumably why the toy animatronics mve around in FNAF 2 even before any murders happen, heck LEFTE has the word Fuse in its blueprint and as we see in UCN, it changes the puppet's personality a bit. The AI explanations given by the phone guy you might think would be complete fabrications so he doesn't sound insane but there actually does seem to be some truth to it.
Correction: Golden Freddy does have an endoskeleton, but we can assume that it either doesn't work or judging by AR he's just in a sitting position most of the time.
Finally!! idk why everyone says he has no endo when you can clearly see it, plus if there was no endo he’d be in pieces like in the fnaf3 minigames when afton takes apart the animatronics
@@Evanader_Because the FNaF 1 trailer got most people thinking the characters had very stiff movement (and even Foxy when running doesn't look like he has a lot of motion range, which means a lot since he has the slimmest design out if them all, yes sure maybe Scott just wasn't that good with animating running, but that's how it was back then, everything the dev makes is taken as in-universe fact and not just a lack of action animating skills) Which brought most people to the conclusion that he had no Endo, otherwise could you imagine any of the other animatronics with Endos getting into his pose? Which is why me and some others see it as just pieces keeping the suit together.
@@Evanader_ Maybe he is pieces, and the kid in the suit could be holding it together themselves. After all, in FNAF 2 he does attack you with only his head.
@@mylam658 That just a jump-scare. And also the series doesn’t say the spirit is keeping the animatronic intact. In every appearance, it appears as an intact animatronic.
@@azimuddin1890 the series doesn't say a lotta things, it's kinda the whole point. Also the only game where he's portrayed like a full-on animatronic with a skeleton is AR, but then we also got the new Into The Pit game that portrays him as an empty suit that you can literally just climb into.
This theory is good, but you overlooked how springlock suits work. Allow me to give you a lesson about how Fredbear and Springbonnie actually work. What is a springlock suit, how does it work and what does it do? Springlock suits are hybrid suits that can be worn as a costume or be used as an animatronic performer. They are able to be hybrids suits thanks to a device called a springlock (they are real). The springlocks can compress and decompress, and they all have pieces of the endoskeleton and other animatronic devices attached onto the part of the springlock that moves. When the springlocks are compressed, the endoskeleton parts are discontented from each other and get pulled into the inner edges of the suit. This includes some exoskeleton parts too, mainly around the head and limbs. There is also a metal rib cage. When the springlocks decompress, it instantly moves all of the endoskeleton and exoskeleton parts back into place (except for the head's endoskeleton and eyes, those must be unplugged). So to put it simply, the endoskeletons are never removed from the suits due to it being a part of their design. Here is my proof: Phone Guy in FNaF 3 describes how the animatronic devices are pulled and pinned to the inner edges of the suit. Springtrap's model shows Afton has an endoskeleton impaled into him, with the exception of the head. And Burntrap has the top half of Springbonnie's endo. I believe that proves that in the games-universe, springlock suits must always have their endo inside the suit. In The Silver Eyes, there is one error line that describes the costumes being removed from the endoskeletons. Aside from that, the endoskeletons are very clearly indicated to always be inside the suit. In The Twisted Ones, Charlie outright tells us that the endoskeletons are always inside the suit and just held back by springlocks. We also see Afton has parts of the endoskeleton peeking out through his skin and flesh in the graphic novel's pictures. In The Fourth Closet, Afton had his endoskeleton removed from his body and makes a recovery. He shows the endoskeleton that was removed from him, and even refers to him and Springtrap. In the movie, springock suits are more complicated. Ella still had her endoskeleton arms and legs attached at all times, but only her ribs were shown to move at all. The Yellow Rabbit has actually probably got a full endoskeleton, because at the end of the movie we see Afton trying to lift his arm up. His arm made robotic sounds and locked up when it got too high, in a way that human arms don't. I think this video is great, but I get easily triggered when people don't know how the suits work and it makes their theories less accurate. I hope this helps, sorry for writing an entire essay 😭
@novustalks7525 It's an interesting idea, but it's ultimately speculation. Asserting that something is right just because you like the concept isn't great. That said, this subject has little to no evidence pointing in one way or the other, so all we can really do is speculate until given something that points towards an actual reason why golden Freddy is different. `\(•~•)/`

I also agree with this. To be more precise: rather, endo and the whole animatronic dull the "work and will of the spirit" with their program. Therefore, by 6 a.m., the animatronics return to the stage to the visitors, because it is literally from a damn program that they cannot delete. Or Springtrap / William is also "blunted" from the part, because against his will he goes to the sound of a child's laughter (more precisely, the animatronic / body itself, but you understand me). However, due to the fact that Puppet's endo/program is broken/ blunted due to the rain on the night of Charlie's death (although I'm not completely sure if it was at all or it was deleted after) and due to the fact that Golden Freddy has no endo, nothing shackles them except for their own desires/goals or something like that

Because he has no endo, cassidy operates him more ghost like than the others. This is why cassidy is permanently trapped and can never be free. Its the suit not the endo, so she cant be destroyed
My theory is that the FNaF 1 location when it opened in 1983 had a Fredbear animatronic (recoloured FNaF 1 Fredbear from UCN) but that got discontinued after the bite and toned down to look less like Fredbear (cause they still wanted a recognisable mascot but less so a mascot that killed a kid) so they made Golden Freddy but that again didn’t work so they made him brown and changed the name. Dunno why CC and Cassidy would’ve tooled the form of GF tho
So the FNaF 2 Goldie got refurbished into FNaF 1 Goldie? Fazbear entertainment is awfully stingy with their money, so why would they refurbish him if they knew they had to erase all history involving the first bite?
@@DJ_Music_Man2 My mind just filled the gaps cuz idk how in 1983 they'd have the technology to make FNaF 1 Goldie with such a modern and improved design, (Also yeah, i know you didn't say jack abt FNaF 2 Goldie. Which is why I'm asking about it.) Anyways we all know the only reason the FNaF 1 animatronics are possessed is because they used the Withered's parts, so by that logic FNaF 1 Goldie would've come from somewhere.
This is an interesting theory. Though it should be stated you forgot about springlock suits (as other comments have explained). Spring Bonnie and Fredbear are the are examples of this, being suits that hold back the endo for humans to wear in 'suit mode', but can be triggered so that the endo comes back in 'animitronic mode'. This theory sort of reminds me of a different explanation for Golden Freddy from Sire Squacks, who explains it more in his video. His theory is that the child was springlocked while in Golden Freddy (who is implied to once have been Fredbear). The springlock death would have caused a lot of Agony (a different substance that makes 'haunted' things), and that energy is what gave Golden Freddy their powers
I always assumed that he was never put into an animatronic in the first place, literally there's no proof for that. We see Puppet putting kids into animatronics in minigames, then a dead kid with no suit on them appeears and turns into Golden Freddy jumpscare. I believe that it was the vangeful spirit, only them would be so willing to stay in our world because they cannot let William got away with what he did. This is the reason Golden Freddy behaves more paranormal. It lacks a physical body that would make it obey to the laws of physics. Actually Golden Freddy is just an avatar of the spirit.
That makes working of Ghosts more comprehensive. However Golden Freddy seems to have a skeletal structure inside of their suit can't be spring lock suit either because it appears to have 4 fingers. Until spring lock suits have hands with 4 fingers when suit operates in animatronic suit mode with no intention to wear it for some time.
This is a common misconception but the phrase “it’s me” isn’t actually connected to Golden Freddy at all. It appears on foxy’s sign, the right hallway, and can randomly appear flashing on your screen; none of which have anything to do with Golden Freddy.

like others have said, golden freddy definitly has an endo skeleton, it's even visibile. so the part about no endo making them more powerful doesnt really work at all however, there are still some other ideas in that line of thought. for one, from the sitting pose it can be assumed that it is in suit mode, not in animatronic mode, which can be used for the idea that the lack of the suits own systems being on gives it more strength as its not fighting over control with the electronics (alternatively, since its an old model, likely being fredbear, you can argue that its circuitry is very lacking and basic, which could be easy to manipulate, although idk how well that holds up since we know springbonnie was drawn to sound, so they may be more advanced than assumed) another idea could be that due to golden freddy likely never getting fixed up since its out of use, the suit decayed to the point where it can barely contain its remnant, making the ghost aspects stronger for non-possesion elements
i think golden freddy have a endoskeleton and more especially a springlock suit because in my opinion this is freadbear but because it's old it's more broken and discolored i think cassidy was put inside of golden freddy but the springlock fail and it's why she is very mad to william and she want revenge. i think they are 2 spirits inside golden freddy. the crying child who is bite by freadbear so go in freadbear and cassidy is killed by william and put in freadbear so i think it's difficult for them to move because they must cooperate to move but it's just a theory. nice vidéo !
I know I’m late. But pretty sure the reason golden Freddy has strange ability’s and doesn’t work like the animatronics is because the 5th kid was never stuffed in the suit or given a suit in give gifts give life after the 4th kid is stuffed in a suit by the puppet Cassidy appears and as soon as that happens golden Freddy jumpscares the player. Golden Freddy is the result of the 5th murder victim using Freddy as a base for its form that’s why golden Freddy always resembles Freddy just a different colour instead of fredbear. It’s not golden Freddy being fixed it’s the spirit mimicking Freddy. The only reason golden Freddy seems to be a actual animatronic now is because of the fans and the 2 spirit theory.
Are you telling me that out of 5 kids only 1 of them is actually enraged for a whole world to discover being replaced with black and white checkered walls? The guy who made this video is actually trying to think instead of saying "lol it's right under your nose" and proceeding to not elaborate at all like you did, maybe show some support or something.
The no endo = aware isn't a bad theory, but personally I subscribe to the theory that Cassidy was springlocked in Golden Freddy, it makes sense why it's slumped over all the time, why it's more "powerful" and why they are SO pissed at William
Now that makes no sense either. Because if Afton set off the springlocks on Cassidy, that would mean Fredbear would now be in "Robot mode" and it wouldn't be slumped over. It's the same mistake people make when they say it was the Springlocks that harmed Michael's younger brother. Fredbear was already in animatronic mode, there is no possible way for the springlocks to go off... when it was already off in the first place. What Afton must have did, was made Cassidy take control off the Fredbear animatronic, and made the animatronic go into suit mode. There is a possibility he might have even taken out the springlocks, so when Cassidy would regain consciousness as the spirit, she wouldn't be able to relock the animatronic, so she's confined to only being a slouched suit. No wonder she's mad. Not saying the other kids are happy, but at least they have the privilege to at least move thier limbs and walk. Cassidy is literally frozen in place because the springlock animatronic isn't in animatronic mode. That rage what she had, probably fueled her all those powers. Because we know the remnant gets more intense with bad energy. And a _very_ angry spirit, is definitely going to contribute to that.
My ADHD was desperately screaming at me to do something else whenever it was just a black screen, even though I wanted to watch the video(Which I managed to do. Lol). I’m so used to having constant graphics on the screen or having an OC constantly on screen shifting to different poses depending on which pose best fits with what’s being said, when ever there is no need for a graphic. So a black screen this is very alien to me. Lol
I did originally mention it but overall the theory wouldnt have changed much it was honestly just "they might have had a more painful death, causing themselves to become stronger" blah blah blah I jus cut it cuz it didnt change much, honestly both can still work hand in hand
Not completely about the video, but feel like I need to say it. Cassidy is the vengeful spirit who is connected to “It’s Me” and she eventually becomes just like William Afton … Insane with a taste for Murder. Also Cassidy might be more aware than the other spirits, but Charlie Emily is very aware and even more aware than Cassidy is. @@kennythegamer7662 However Cassidy gets her bad karma by lil old man consequences, and yet also she drowns in the red lake even though everyone thought nothing could stop her. i think golden freddy have a endoskeleton and more especially a springlock suit because in my opinion this is freadbear but because it's old it's more broken and discolored i think cassidy was put inside of golden freddy but the springlock fail and it's why she is very mad to william and she want revenge. i think they are 2 spirits inside golden freddy. the crying child who is bite by freadbear so go in freadbear and cassidy is killed by william and put in freadbear so i think it's difficult for them to move because they must cooperate to move but it's just a theory. nice vidéo !
"Why Golden Freddy is more powerful than the others?"
FNaF Fan forgot what "Vengeance" is apparently.
I originally put that in the video but cut it cuz it was kinda outta nowhere, at least in relation to this vid. I do believe it is valid tho
Lol
I apologize for the void, I just live there
@@CosmicStarVA It’s fine. I managed. It gave me a chance to practice my focusing strategies. Lol
Awesome video, unfortunately you forgot to spring-lock suits
Other than that this was a fun and great video good job 👍
I did originally mention it but overall the theory wouldnt have changed much
it was honestly just "they might have had a more painful death, causing themselves to become stronger" blah blah blah
I jus cut it cuz it didnt change much, honestly both can still work hand in hand
he comes from fantasy and fun
Lowkey I really like this video might watch more of your videos :)
He's got sprinkle endoskeleton
The one who led the charge against William is Charlie the child with the tears. Charlie is the only one with tesrs
No because the puppet had not been destroyed
I believe Golden Freddy's just lazy
Not completely about the video, but feel like I need to say it. Cassidy is the vengeful spirit who is connected to “It’s Me” and she eventually becomes just like William Afton … Insane with a taste for Murder. Also Cassidy might be more aware than the other spirits, but Charlie Emily is very aware and even more aware than Cassidy is. Also Charlie Emily is more powerful than Cassidy is because she can go anywhere and do a whole lot more than Cassidy can.
@@kennythegamer7662 However Cassidy gets her bad karma by lil old man consequences, and yet also she drowns in the red lake even though everyone thought nothing could stop her. Tell me again how she is the most powerful spirit, oh wait … that’s right … she isn’t as powerful as she thinks she is and neither is she as powerful as everyone in the fnaf fandom thinks she is.
@@PolarioBearWhen was it ever interpreted as Old Man Consequences putting a stop to her plans of making William suffer more?? I'm not all that caught up but i doubt it's recent info. All that i know is that Old Man Consequences isn't proof that Cassidy isn't all that powerful, were we ever taught what he is? Comparing Cassidy to Charlie is one thing but comparing her to OMC, someone with no info at all about is just crazy. And honestly does this even matter at all? Powerscaling horror game characters is the real crazy thing here xD
@@onioncutterninja1535 Oh so it’s okay if she’s compared to all other spirits it’s completely fine, but when it’s old man consequences then it’s a big problem?! Well, little do you know that Old Man Consequences does put a stop to her plans of making William Afton suffer for all eternity and she does drown in the red lake at the end of UCN, although nobody wants to admit it … that’s the canon ending to UCN.
@@PolarioBear Duh, we're talking about an entity that for all we know could be a literal god of the games' universe. OMC can't ever be compared to anyone until someone in his level is introduced, or if at least what kind of being he is is explained. The only instance of someone making a personal hell for somebody else was Cassidy, you're saying this isn't impressive coming from a kid's spirit? Also even if OMC really did stop Cassidy's plans, if she managed to do something so bad it required intervention of an unknown being that's proof of strength.
@@onioncutterninja1535 I’m saying you all think Cassidy is a “god” when she’s literally A DEAD CHILD!!! BUT IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE TO BE DELUSIONAL BY WORSHIPING A DEAD CHILD THEN THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!!!
What is that image in 0:04
Maxe senxe
REMNANT!!!!
They? Isn’t he a male
Golden Freddy is technically two people.
