I loved that monolog. I definitely cried and I think all women know that pressure. And yes, men too and sometimes women forget about that because their pressure is different from ours. I did not like the way they portrayed men in the movie though I understand their basis for it. It is heartbreaking that the sexes are pitted against each other in this world when we were created for partnership and love. The brokenness is like a spiderweb of cracks across the beauty of God's creation. Recognizing this and calling on the healing of Christ in these relationships does so much to bring us back into balance. However, I cannot wait for the complete restoration that will occur when Christ returns. Thank you for this great and enlightening review! Shalom!
