Earlier tried wrong way of vocal exercises which is a kind of vocal abuse.

I was operated(open heart surgery) on December 8, 2020 and when I speak it's only air out of my mouth ....my doctor said it's gonna recover after two weeks ....and now it's like 4 months and my voice is still not good...it's hoarse I went ent doctor he advised endoscopy and in the report it's showing my left vocal cord palsy......pls help me sir..
