do change the style the place was going to be nice and the show ruined the whole value. Next time make the bathroom the best feature that matters and put in tubs and shower. The values are better and comfort matters. The shower is no good as you speak about nothing but injuries yet if something happened then you have not made the shower accessible if you had surgery had a need for shower seat and nurse etc if you had knee surgery etc you need to make things where it is accessible in future. Also shower is too close the floor of it for a proper shower sprayers needs to be a different floor size they never design these right in many modern places so you went by what they have today but they do not work for many reasons you are young and thankfully your injuries are not serious but had they been you never considered shower bars and accessibility which in later years you or whoever has the place will need so think about those things also your son made this for him and you made it one room instead of places for his wife and children again no forethought at all.

I’ve really enjoyed your videos ,and the running commentary! I would have loved doing something like this but never had family support (I wanted to build an earth ship), I’m too old now. I see this as an awesome structure that will withstand climate change, probably last hundreds of years. 👍

I always look forward to your next video! I REALLY like the "family compound" nature of this, and I am keenly interested in the Arizona climate and area. Your well puts you in a very strong position, meaning that you made an excellent buy on the Property. Power (Solar) - is my primary question. How is your grid holding? Can you expand it enough to incorporate all the expansion?

It's only a twenty minute condensed video. At least 50% of the micro detail is important in understanding some of their thought processes in what they're doing. Some of it is explaining why they didn't or did do some things that are relevant to a lot of viewers. The vast majority of other youtubers don't explain enough so I'm good with a little over detail versus under explaining.
