Hebrew numbers 1 to 10 ---> use plural for YEARS משל (example) 7 years שבע שנים Hebrew numbers 11+ --> use singular for YEAR (as strange as this seems, this is what we saw at 5:40 and how it is in the Bible) משל (example) 14 years ארבע אשרה שנה
Hey my dears, love and appreciate your work. It helps me stay on top of my hebrew but I must ask, if למה LAMAH is only in the OT twice meaning WHY, but מדוע MADUA is in there 62 times, why not use that much more often? Maybe you have... not sure. Blessings!! *?מַדּוּעַ אֵינְךָ עוֹבֵד* *קוּם עְַבוֹד בֵנִי*
As an Israeli hearing Hebrew with that unrecognizable accent is very strange, but obviously the speakers are not Hebrew speakers from birth. A second hint beyond the strange accent is that no Hebrew native speaker will say the name of G-d when reading. I’m guessing the speakers are arabs?
Thank you for blessing us.
Great work with the whole lesson!
תודה רבה

What is the difference in these 2 words? Or can they both mean abyss?
תְהוֹם
תְּהוֹם
They're LITERALLY the same word. The first is the form if it comes after a word ending in a vowel...

Cause you're wrong and למה appears hundreds of times in the Bible (just in Genesis it appears 20 times, compared to jusy twice for מדוע)
Yeah I see it now.
Biblehub had Lemah twice but Lamah 121x. Thanks
😘😘😘

Muito bom, unica coisa que nao se deve pronunciar o "yhwh", usa no lugar "Hashem" !!
...And just WHERE in the scriptures is that instructed?
