The correct hadith is basically an implementation of the teachings of the Qur'an. Therefore, the truth of the contents of the hadith can be checked by using the Qur'an as the main reference for Islamic teachings. The Qur'an contains written verses (written signs) along with nature as real verses (real signs) are the main and first source and reference for Islamic teachings.

The people walk around it and are amazed by it, and they say: Why is this brick not placed? Thus, I am the brick. I am the seal of the Prophets.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 3535, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2286
The hadith that mentions “72 virgins” in the context of rewards for martyrs is generally considered to fall under the category of hasan (good) rather than saheeh (authentic) or da‘eef (weak). Specifically, it is found in Sunan al-Tirmidhi and is classified by some scholars as hasan gharib, meaning it has a good chain of transmission but may have unique or less widely corroborated content. Hasan hadiths occupy a middle category in terms of reliability-stronger than da‘eef (weak) hadiths but not as rigorous as saheeh (authentic) ones. This means that while the hadith may not be outright rejected, it is treated with caution in Islamic scholarship, particularly when compared to hadiths in the higher category of saheeh. So, this hadith is not considered saheeh, but it is usually categorized as hasan. However, the specific use and interpretation of the hadith, especially in popular or extremist narratives, are often highly debated and should be approached carefully.
The hadith about martyrs being rewarded with 72 hur al-‘ayn (maidens) is found in Sunan al-Tirmidhi and classified as hasan (good). It states: “The martyr is given six things by Allah: forgiveness at the first drop of blood, shown their place in Paradise, protected from the punishment of the grave, safe from the greatest fear (Judgment Day), given a crown of dignity, and married to seventy-two (72) wives from the hur al-‘ayn, and may intercede for seventy relatives.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhi, 1663) Ethically, the hadith isn’t problematic when understood spiritually. It symbolizes eternal bliss and companionship in paradise, not just material rewards. Importantly, the Qur’an emphasizes equality between men and women in the afterlife: both are rewarded according to their deeds (Qur’an 4:124). Rewards in paradise are not gender-specific, and both men and women will experience ultimate fulfillment, joy, and closeness to God. Misinterpretations that reduce paradise to male-centered rewards distort Islamic teachings and ignore the spiritual equality of all believers.
All hadiths have a counterpart in the Quran Hz Muhammad lived his life according to the Quran Hadiths consist of the behaviors of Hz Muhammad, it is necessary to act according to those with strong sources rather than those with weak sources

Classification of Hadith: According To The Reliability of Reporters and Closeness of Reporters to the Prophet. These classifications are: 1. (Mutawatir) is the Most Authenticated beig narrated by Closet Companions with No mistakes; 2. (Sahih) is considered True Hadith came from different lines of Companions with No mistake or contradiction; 3. (Hasan) is good; 4 (Weak) some issues in Narrators; 5 (Maudu) is fabricated or forged. The last 2 levels are not acceptable to use for Faith and can't be used for debate as these don't reach level of knowledge for the Faith, Debating or Worshiping Allah - these are just Assumptions can't be Authenticated as True Hadith. 😊😊

In Islam, not everyone can claim that their words are trustworthy. If they have ever lied once in their life, their words will be included in the dhoif hadith (weakest hadith). Even if the way of drinking/eating is not in accordance with the hadith, their words will be lowered to the level of hasan hadith (a level below the sahih hadith). Only certain and trusted people can have their words trusted to be included in the sahih hadith. So, even though the hadith was compiled after the Prophet Muhammad died, the sahih hadith is a guideline that we strongly believe in in Islam... Therefore, there are levels of hadith, the sahih hadith is the strongest, after that the hasan hadith, and the last is the dhoif hadith (the weakest hadith).
Hadiths are not words of Allah directly meanwhile Quran is word of Allah Hadits are more broad and descriptive versions of teachings of Islam when people are unable to understand the short and brief sentences of Quran they tend to go towards hadith which holy prophet with the permission of Allah has told people to further guide them in all aspects of life

I hope this helps. Because in Islam there are things called the Pillars of Islam and the Pillars of Faith
the last prophet means there is no longer leadership as a king. leadership must lead to a popular system, which we call democracy, but it should be the guided democracy led by wisdom and representative deliberation.
Hadith has their own categories...its about people around the prophet say about him said about prophet muhammad saw
For Hadith
The most credible collection of Hadith are
Sahih Bukhari and
Sahih Muslim.
Almost all scholars all over the world agreed on this collection
Dear couple of han meditations it is now after protracted verifications by you it is clear now you have come to the truth that islam and islam only is acceptable before our allah swt.
1. Quran: word of Allah (God) as revealed to Prophet Muhammad. It serves as the source of guidance and law.
2. Hadith: It refers specifically to the recorded sayings, actions, and approvals of the Prophet Muhammad. While it can include conversations and discussions, it's more about the teachings and practices attributed to him.

I want you to understand every prophet will intercede for his actual followers who were in his timeframe Allah planned for him.
It's amazing that Islam has rules for life from waking up to going back to sleep, how to walk, how to have sex, how to go to the toilet, everything has rules in Islam.
Dear Han and Kaily.. I'm proud of you and happy of your seeking toward the truth but it is going to be endless if you will keep saying that you want to study Islam before you accept Islam.. May Allah guide you
Prophet Muhammad PBUH himself state his prophethood as the seal in a very beautiful parable in the following hadith:
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, the parable of myself and the Prophets before me is that of a man who built a house, perfected it, and beautified it, except for the place of one brick at its cornerstone. The people walk around it and are amazed by it, and they say: Why is this brick not placed? Thus, I am the brick. I am the seal of the Prophets.”

It states:
“The martyr is given six things by Allah: forgiveness at the first drop of blood, shown their place in Paradise, protected from the punishment of the grave, safe from the greatest fear (Judgment Day), given a crown of dignity, and married to seventy-two (72) wives from the hur al-‘ayn, and may intercede for seventy relatives.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhi, 1663)
Ethically, the hadith isn’t problematic when understood spiritually.
All hadiths have a counterpart in the Quran
Hz Muhammad lived his life according to the Quran
Hadiths consist of the behaviors of Hz Muhammad,
it is necessary to act according to those with strong sources rather than those with weak sources

Please you mentioned about Hadith Authentication, here is very brief how Authentication is done in Islam.
Classification of Hadith: According To The Reliability of Reporters and Closeness of Reporters to the Prophet.
These classifications are:
1. (Mutawatir) is the Most Authenticated beig narrated by Closet Companions with No mistakes;
2. (Sahih) is considered True Hadith came from different lines of Companions with No mistake or contradiction;
3. (Hasan) is good;
4 (Weak) some issues in Narrators;
5 (Maudu) is fabricated or forged.
The last 2 levels are not acceptable to use for Faith and can't be used for debate as these don't reach level of knowledge for the Faith, Debating or Worshiping Allah - these are just Assumptions can't be Authenticated as True Hadith.

Beautiful Islam Quran my sister my Ferind
Hadiths are not words of Allah directly meanwhile Quran is word of Allah
Hadits are more broad and descriptive versions of teachings of Islam when people are unable to understand the short and brief sentences of Quran they tend to go towards hadith which holy prophet with the permission of Allah has told people to further guide them in all aspects of life
search about hadith thaqalayn or ثقلین in Quran ...
You should ask, what make the Hadith is sahih or not, and what make the person who telling the Hadith is credible or not.
