- Hey guys welcome back to the channel! In Today's episode we buy and pick up a wrecked 2019 Polaris RZR Turbo XP from the Insurance Auto Auction. We got it home and gave it a good detail and dissasemble the front to access all the damage. We are super excited for this build and I can't to to give it a rip!

Pretty sure that's the HMF Titan Twin Loop Exhaust which means there's probably an optimizer in there somewhere too.. You guy's are obviously new to the SXS market but kudos for diving into a project most would avoid.. Got some decent aftermarket stuff on that rig.. Probably a good buy~
Frame damage is guaranted i bought one from the auction last year with less damage and was really surprised how much damage it had good luck will be watching this build
what needed to be done to it and also how much did it all cost? im thinking of buying one soon? also do you still have it and if you do how it doing now a days? thanks if you respond i realize u left this comment like a year ago lol
Whatever the previous owner hit he hit it hella hard, that bar on the front saved it from a lot more damage than it got, also stop calling it a rzr, it’s pronounced razor but spelled rzr
Nick Tibbs he sure did hit it hard. At first I just figured he might have nose darted off of a jump or something but there’s green transfer so idk🤷♂️
If you wanna buy some tires, I have 5 BF Goodrich KR2 30x15’s and they have around 500 miles on them. I swapped them because they weren’t good in the snow, but they are one of the best for hard pack, gravel, dirt, etc. One was a spare and has never been used.

I bought the Turbo S4 earlier this year - pricey but worth every penny. If you've got the time and the skill, and you can save $$, makes sense to do it the way you did. More power to ya bro hope it came out well! And it's not the end of the world if you say "R Z R". Half the time when I explain to people what kind of ATV I have, I say "Razor" and they look at me like a deer in the headlights. I have to explain it's a "R Z R" and that "Razor" is the common pronunciation.

UA-cam should be used positively. How great is it that people from all over the world can connect so easily and share their knowledge with others. I've learned lots from watching vids. So yes I agree - stay positive or stay off the channel!

Yeah dude definitely more walk-arounds love seeing the smashed up cars haha. Also I was noticing on the bike that there's a bright green on the bumper from whatever it hit I think if you asking it all the blue pinstripes what are iridescent green like that it was set off the look of that thing love the build God bless

Danny... Even after you hose off the spilled antifreeze,,, if your dog is thirsty and drinks some of that water it could still cause him a serious health problem that could be fatal. It's better to keep him away from the water.

don't go back to stock a arms or any suspension really! check out orb (off road beast) or L&W fab. probably 5x stronger than stock.

I think you will be surprised when you find the damage is worse once you get it apart.....be the looks of how that roll bar is tweaked, the whole frame is bent.

1. Do you come across lots of Side By Sides?
2: I can turn a wrench but I can’t do wiring or frame work/weld. Do you come across anything likes this?
3: I’m a disabled Vet in WV and I just can’t afford buying a new one. Truthfully we live disability check to check.
3:what would it cost to just buy something like a Razor cost? What sort of mark up or finders fee would that cost me?

That dent will buff out.....maybe. Genuine Polaris parts are expensive as you will find out, aftermarket not a lot better.

Yes, aftermarket exhaust, HMF. Ditch that front bumper, its trash, wheels look like ProArmor's beadlocks, easy replacements. (all 4 other models can be had for around $500) I used to sell aftermarket parts for RZRs.
A Tubrski that started right up, maybe some frame damage but that can be straightened, front corner parts, not bad at all. Unless the axle smashed into the front diff, then add another $1500 or so. Whats this go for at the auction? Just curious?

try iaai or copart, plenty to choose from
You just have to have a dealer account with either auction IAAI or Copart both a variety of pretty much of anything you want. You can also buy in any location at that point. Good luck on the bidding Wars!
Look how much preload they have on those back shocks. Take a shit ton of that out to bring the back down. That thing will buck, ride, and handle like shit

That wheel would be an easy fix if you can't do it yourself there's a place in Nashville that does them.
I've got a new one on order... but I will fix this one just to see if I can (my pops can handle all the aluminum welding) so I can mount a 5th wheel on it! Thanks for the info and support 👍🏼
An aluminum wheel is NEVER an easy fix....it can be repaired but I wouldn't even begin to call it easy, especially if you compare it to a steel wheels repair. The problem is that aluminum isn't very ductile and likes to break more than bend so once it's bent your screwed....only way to truly fix it is cut out the bend and weld in another piece from a same sized wheel.
I wouldn’t power wash on the stickers they’ll rip off just like on mine
