I stayed at the Washinton hotel in Shinjuku this past September. My first night I woke up at 0400 and decided to go walk around. Walked all over Shinjuku. One of my favorite experiences on my trip. Your walk was nostalgic for me. Thanks.
I love Japan so much. Just visited last January, what a wonderful blessed experience I had. Thank you for the view of Tokyo! Sending love from Tampa, Florida in the USA! ❤️
13:34 is where I stayed when I had my holiday. Keio Plaza hotel which brings back so many memories. Miss this country so much and hope to be back there soon! Watching this just teleports me back to Japan.
yeah nice to see one time...but realy i dont want to live there...same as newyork or other megacities...no carakter... only diferent letters and languages...the future is comin
It's different from New York: there's less crime, no guns, no discrimination against Asians, it's relatively sanitary, and it's convenient. However, this is a place to play, and people live in areas a few minutes away by train.
I live in London and usually go to my home country, Thailand, every year with my family, but this time I'm going solo. I'll end the trip with 3 days in Hong Kong and 5 days in Tokyo. While I'm not sure about my plans in Hong Kong and Tokyo, it will be my first and second time in a new country. Before this, I've only been to Thailand. Im so scared but very proud of myself, considering I'm a shy guy. It doesn't help that I look 15 when I'm actually 22 years old.😂 wishing everything goes well🤞
I would love to repatriate and revitalize an abandoned farm, and once settled in, spend my evenings exploring Shinjuku, Akihabara, etc... Just a nice healthy mix of pace to ensure I'd never grow bored or worn out..
23:00 so cool.. the city planning and the way these structures were designed and spaced out.. it's modern also peacefull. sometimes in other countries it gets gloomy.. Great cinematography too.. 🙌🤘
Bom dia! Excelente imagens, obrigado por tudo, odoro o Japão e sua cultura e costumes🎉🎉🎉 moro no brazil no município de São João de Meriti Rio de Janeiro.
It's interesting observing a crosswalk in New York and one in Tokyo. People in New York don't seem to care and cross during a red light, but in Tokyo people wait patiently despite both cities being high-paced environments.
Interesting! Thank you for watching and taking the to comment. I haven't t been to NYC myself and I hope to visit someday. Hopefully film a couple of videos there too!
Every time when I walk through 歌舞伎町, I am afraid to take pictures or videos even though I really want to because I am afraid I’d offend someone or make trouble. Do u guys think I worry too much? Thanks for this video to make me feel like I am in Japan again❤
I like Japan very much.I hope to settle there in the future.Although Japan and we have national hatred,But I have to admit.I am intoxicated by the beauty of this country.China's love for Japanese.
Amazing to see the difference between Japanese and American cities. It actually looks safe to walk at night in Japan. Wonder what is different? I know I’m not seeing something. 🤔🤔
Culture can affect that a lot. But one thing that helps a city be safe is when it has a high level of mixture of uses, classes, and so on. Tokyo is a very organically formed city with a lot of intermingled groups and uses. This means the streets are always active and always have eyes on them. This reduces the likelihood of violence. It also means that there aren't large concentrations of vulnerable groups. In many American cities, affordable housing programs and policies concentrate poverty in areas isolated from other groups and activities, which exacerbates their vulnerability. Tokyo also doesn't have a lot of abandoned property. Some of the worst areas in cities are areas with abandoned buildings and empty lots. Tokyo's regulatory climate is very liberal when it comes to construction. So properties rarely sit empty and decay. The city is always adapting, so there aren't large pockets of empty and decaying urban landscape. All of these factors and more make Tokyo safer than most Western cities.
No country is safe to walk alone at night, especially if you are a woman or a person of color. The world is just not a safe place with dangerous people out there
Japan is not a big country by the map, somehow from the video what I can see is that there are a lot of huge parks and recreation centers in the city for their people to go for a walk and ride bicycle.
Life will be much more changed if to create usual way to create design of the streets. And if to change to larger standards for usual living space with the same price, it will up quality life. And up tall buildings too, it is nessesary for Japan culture )
Thank you for sharing these walking tour videos. For many of us foreigners, it's like being able to take a stroll around Japan without leaving home.
Our pleasure!
I’d rather leave home 😂
@@joewall8625 Not everyone can simply leave home and visit Japan, unfortunately...

Running a motorcycle repair shop or something of the like just outside of the city wouldn't be too bad either.
if you can bring some of the women to bed with you, it may well be worth it.
Awesome video ! I love it so much . Thank you for sharing it with pleasure . Lots of greetings from India...!!!..❤❤❤❤
