- The Kwem from North-West Cameroon performing their sword dance at "Under the Volcano" Festival of Traditional Music & Dance. Held on 16th January 2010 at "Jungle Village", Botanic Gardens, Limbe, Cameroon.
Festival organised by Global Music Exchange (www.1heart.org) with the help of The Adventurists (theadventurists...)

This nice to watch! Metta culture in action, very rich indeed. I remember the days I use to dance kwem. Hope I have to do it again. I love it. Well done people.
This is good to meditate to get into the mindset of a spiritual warrior. Many of the orishas are warriors. Ogun, specifically, wars with the sword.
