The Kwem from North-West Cameroon performing their sword dance at "Under the Volcano" Festival of Traditional Music & Dance. Held on 16th January 2010 at "Jungle Village", Botanic Gardens, Limbe, Cameroon.

This is good to meditate to get into the mindset of a spiritual warrior. Many of the orishas are warriors. Ogun, specifically, wars with the sword.
