You should never sleep with any synthetic hair that is how it will ruin easily and more quickly.

You can definitely sleep in it, just add some braids to it, and double wrap it. Scarf than a bonnet. You’ll be fine.

most likely it will be fine if you remember to braid the hair up, put a bonnet and scarf on everynight to keep it from tangling. Ive been doing this with my unit and almost a month in its still looking fresh
