Probably decaf xD. Or just a mistake. Or the customer's order (I have seen the order of "one and a half shot of coffee", which is normally handled differently depends on barista. Or sometime, the machine is not that balance and the vibration make the cup move (sound stupid but I have had to throw away shots because of this issue). You can see the mark of coffee on top of that cup on the left side which shows that it was probably pulled out by accident or on a purpose.
