Excellent information about a problem I've had for over a year and a half. Better presented then the Doctors I saw. They explained nothing, despite my questions, I came away thinking they didn't really know much about my condition.
@cristhiandiaz1149 I still have problems with balance. Unfortunately for me I got that booster vaccine in 2022 and 3 days later that vaccine triggers vertigo and vestibular neuritis I'm lucky it could be worse but it could also be better
Something i have included as a support for myself is self-talk. I read that the mind believes what it is told. I speak out-loud, but not necessarily loudly, to myself. I have”I am” phrases which i chant often. I am grounded. I am rooted. I am centered. I am balanced. I am strong. I am well. I am loved. I am grateful. They seem to focus my mind and indeed center me. I also watch my diet very carefully. Move more, exercise, and do what i can for myself - not fall into a ‘victim’ mentality trap. And i do vestibular exercises i found online. I continue to need meclizine at times, too, but less need for valium and anti-nausea meds. Self care s paramount. Managing it is a daily list item. (The local vestibular clinic literally does not even have a wait list - they are that full up and busy. Question is “Why?” Why are so many suffering this disability? May be another topic for you all?)
I been feeling dizzy for months non stop and it’s been driving me mad, I’m seeing a doctor on Monday so I hope this helps because it’s annoying when you feel dizzy all the time and it’s always on your mind.

Hope you were able to get necessary assistance in your community.
To be honest I have done my own therapy rehab. My insurance didn't cover vestibular therapy and it was too expensive for me. Thank for your interest

Does Caffeine make the condition worse? I found it one of the worst thing ever and took me a lot of time to release and even decaf has caffeine.

I think your AI voiceover has that Vestibular Neuritis . Vestibular neuritis is among the more common causes but may not consistently rank third!!!
