Following this guide for my '65 Impala SS. Rear side panels and door panels both work with a metal rail. The new unassembled panels are glued really close to where the rail is riveted to the cardboard. You want to pull it off the glue about an inch so it tightens up nice over the rail seam and doesn't make a bump. Excellent info man, really well done.
Hey Chris great video! Hopefully you are still answering questions on here I have a 69 impala I removed the door panels and upon reassembly the four screw holes on the bottom don’t line up with the panel on one side it looks like the panel needs to come down 1/4 of an inch but I can’t get it to move any ideas on what I could be doing wrong? Only thing I can think of is the metal at the top of the panel got bent.
Great video...I have a 1970 elco looks bout the same except I have extra crank for the wing window...your video makes it look easy...do you have a video of seat cover replacement?
On my 72, behind door panel was paper that covered entire door. It had holes cut for handle and window crank. It was glued on all edges and loose in middle. Came off easy and I refused both
Hi Chris, do you have any videos of removing the door locks? I kind of see the internal but I need the actual lock removal. Just curious. Awesome videos and big help!
Thanks. Doing our '71 Chevelle right now. Definitely a few tricks we might have missed without your video.

Worked perfect! I had to adapt a little to the rear panels by the back seat, but same process! Thanks #CraftCustoms!
