    Easy, lol.
    Disputes/Charge back topic stay in my mind for a long time. I want to share with you my pain and experience so you don’t fall in same trap.
    This video will open one side of business complexity in USA, give you some advices how to fight with it and how you may secure you from fraudulent transactions.
    Unfortunately, we meet dishonest people who purchase products from local businesses but we have nothing to do with it other than how to adapt to it!

    Do you ask for an ID when an order placed on website too?

      We request ID especially when the order is placed thru the website. We had experience when the order was placed thru the phone and we requested the ID too because it’s was pretty expensive order. If the client don’t want to confirm the personality , we have to cancel the order. We also had people who photoshopped the name on card but that’s other story , lol.
