Thank you for the explanation! I really enjoyed it. If you could provide us a tutorial about how to transfer and order the machine to engrave vector graphics that would be extremely kind of you! 😊
I love your videos! I am new to the whole laser stuff. I have a S1 and P2 xtool. Right now, I use the xtool software or canva pro. I want to take a picture of my dog and get a deep engraving. I am not having any luck with both programs. Is it worth the investment of these two programs you have. I value your opinion.
Awesome, thank you! I would look into a program called image R and process your dog photo in that and then import that BMP file into your SCS software and try that it may take a couple of times but are does a nice job and processing photos for Laser Engraving
How do you convert color raster images customers send you to vectors though? Especially where there is a lot of gradient or shading in the image? The Image Trace doesn't really handle this very well.
Hey Bryan, Try upscaling the image first in PS, then import into AI, try using the trace feature with 6 colors instead of black and white only, if the art is to complex, I just send it to my art converter person JOY info@joydesigners.com and have her convert the whole logo to a black and white vector, its very affordable and she is amazing, and by using her I get to focus on actually engraving stuff more and not get lost in trying to fix customer logos for engraving 😉
Not as a PNG, I always safe my files as Vectors and send them over to my laser. The only time I woudl save any file for the laser as a png or jpg is if it was a photo. All other files I use are .ai (vector files) Thanks for the question!
I like your videos, but the lead in music and the final music is too freaking LOUD! I watch one of your videos and when the next one starts playing it is much too loud, so I turn it down. Then you start to talk and I can hardly hear you. Come on, fix your audio, the music should be similar to your audio when speaking.
Thanks for the feedback, i have heard this from other folks as well, and on the last two videos I have produced I dropped the music all together.. except for the intro and outro..so folks can focus on the content. 😎
@@LaserEngraving911 Thank you, I notice that this happens on several other channels and it makes me wonder whether or not they realize how frustrating it can be.
This video is the reason I subscribed
Saved me a ton of time manually erasing all the noise from low resolution artwork. Thanks.
You're welcome!
I have finally found the missing link! Thank you so much! Those tiny little tips made the difference. Amazing 👏

Another great instructional video!!! Absolutely love your AI videos!!!
Awesome tutorial. I use CorelDraw 2020. Its pretty much the same to me. However, this opened up new ways to go about it. Thank you!!
Great to hear that feedback glad you got something from it!

Ill check it.
Just one question - do you still save the end product / file as a .png?
