haha Nice one Bairnt. Great fun! If you win or lose by the seat of your pants those are always the best games imho. The Marines never leave anyone behind, but they do sometimes forget to pick up their objective tokens! lol
Thank you glad you liked it. I do agree this escalates in a great way. You line is awesome your right they don’t leave people but objectives totally leave them behind. 😃😃👍
Your welcome. Glad you enjoyed the playthrough. There are some great alien games on the market super fun. Great to hear from you E Vil. Thanks as always for watching 😃😃👍
That is a very true statement Alex. Yes easier to setup than the bigger games but escalates to a ton of tension. It’s a good game and who doesn’t like rolling dice 😃😃👍
Thank you. This game is a ton of fun it has a lot of replay since it is modular and there are so many cards. Thanks for the great comment and thanks for watching 😃😃👍
Thanks for the playthrough, Bairnt. This one doesn't look as fun as some of the other Aliens games. How does it rate against similar complexity Alien games for you?
This is the second easiest to get to the table and play. I love that you can hand out those instruction sheets. This is a good fast to the table game. Hard to beat out some of my favorites but still a ton fun. Great question Paul. Thanks for asking and as always thanks for watching 😃😃👍
This is a really cool game, but I disagree that having the rulebook split up into 4 part, one for each player, is a good idea...I think it is actually the worst part of this game. The rulebook should be a single rulebook and it should have more examples of play in it, explaining some of the more confusing parts.
Mack I will have to agree with you after introducing this to more than just my game group. I tried playing this with my family and I gave each one section and it took longer time if I had just reread everything myself. I now am in charge of all the rules to the game and explain it so after using this system a few times it only worked when playing with 4 people that are good with rules. So yes not the greatest plan in hindsight. Thanks for the great comment and thanks for watching 😃😃👍
Oh, wow ... I completely disagree with you, around about timestamp 1:00 ... Those "separated rulebooks" are horrible. If you want to play solo, you really need to either type up a summary for yourself, or look online for one. Other than that, though, it's a really good game!
@@MeetMeAtTheTable I enjoyed your playthrough video - and like I said, I think it's a terrific game! It's like a super-minimalist distillation of a more epic game like "Another Glorious Day in the Corp", and as a puzzle-ly solo, it's very enjoyable.

It was fun to watch this game. Recently a lot of great games came out in the alien franchise. Hope we see more of Bug Hunt. Thanks for playing.

excellent
looks easier to set up/get into than Another Glorious Day or Nemesis or Legendary but not as lacking in fear as Fate of Nostromo.

Hey, one of my favorite alien game.
Not in my mother's tongue but so cool to play with my children.
Hope you'll survive....
French cheers

This game goes from "just a walk in the park" to "nuke them from orbit" real fast.

That was awesome 😃😃👍

I never thought of it that way. It is a little tough trying to learn it by yourself. Thanks Joel Cole for the great comment!!
