My favorite video! Loved meeting Al. Love all that fine wood. It’s like a candy store to me. I had a 1964 Fender Mustang, at the time thought of as an entry level guitar, that was the same red color, had the same knobs and pickup, but a different “tremolo” bridge. And I can assure you that orange case lining is the original color, just stunning, early rock and roll. I noodled around with surf music. My true love was folk. When I went to college, my surgeon dad sold it to another doctor for his kid to learn on. Sorry to have let it slip away. But life intervened and it took me another 50 years to restart my guitar journey.
It is like a candy store! Love visiting Al - he is one of a kind and as genuine as they come! That orange lining shi e bright in the sunlight. I agree the color is definitely 60’s. Loved hearing from you this morning! Merry Christmas to you❤️
Wow! Thanks for this video! Al is an old friend……. Had a couple of guitar festivals there in Winters a few years ago. I had the opportunity to show some of my instruments there and it was a great time!
I went to those same festivals. What an awesome time it was... I probably saw your instruments too! Thanks for listening in and Merry Christmas to you 😄
Very much looking forward to the follow up on this MM once he's worked his magic on it, Ms Cindy. I've never played one of those, but I did have a young lady bring a early 60's Jazzmaster into the studio years ago and she wanted me to play it on an album we were working on at the time. It was an incredible guitar that belonged to her father. These instruments were so well built. Great upload, ma'am 👍
What a beautiful shop, such artists! That first cutaway body was UNREAL! Mr. Al knows what he’s talking about; he’ll get that Musicmaster set up perfectly.
Hello if you saw a guild in the video background it may have been a repair project… but you can always call Al. Google Arc Guitars and the contact information i is available. Thanks for checking! Merry Christmas ❤️
