Today, she will walk us through how this man she met on Craigslist would take her round in circles, put her in debts, leave her to care for the children alone, lie that he had a heart surgery and was unable to fly out more often to finding out that he was living a double life
When confronted about it, the husband admits to being married to the black American for papers and will soon divorce her and come back to Divinah and the children

Anytime a male friend ask me how women are able to withstand pain, disappointment and all that, I tell them God took his time to create us. It's laughable how women send themselves flowers on valentines day and other special occasions. We buy ourselves clothes and expensive gifts and claim its from our boyfriends and husbands. We go through a lot of pain, but we are very strong and that strength is what keeps us going. Ladies, let's be supportive of each other. He will pay every cent from the month the kids were born according to how much he earns plus interest. Social services abroad don't play when it comes to children well being. please can you give more light on this. My niece was dumped by an Ethiopian man, she was legally married. The guy is in USA. The Embassy in Kenya said that they dont deal directly with those issues but gave a link in USA. But is there something else that you know.

Story of my life too. I can relate. I was lied to also in a long distance relationship. The guy kept on promising marriage but anytime he landed, he gave excuses. So beautiful to watch, my relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, Really love her so much, i can’t stop thinking about her. I remember how strong she seemed the last time. How supportive she was towards her “ex husband.” She seemed to be such a pillar. Today, she’s come almost as a shadow of herself yawa.
But, that said and done, I put her in my prayer today. She is one heck of a strong woman. To come out like this, is the beginning of her healing. Her way to a full wholesome healing. She’ll be fine! And remember, what can God not do?! He’s taking Davinar to greater heights. To a place of victory!!

The father of my kids is in the US. Initially he neglected us. After some years he started supporting us. Now he pays for school fees for the kids, one doing a parallel program. I respect him for that. We don't have a relationship, we are not married tho our families consider us as so, but we are so disconnected but he is very connected to his kids. He's not an "African brother". He is an irresponsible conman. Such people never "come to their senses". She should just cut her losses and move on. He clearly wasn't looking a wife or family with her. He was just having a good time and she unfortunately got pregnant.
A sensible African man wouldn't disappear and leave a woman who has just given birth to his children in hospital. Many men would gladly cover the medical bills of their aunt, sister or even friend (even if it means borrowing money). When a responsible man realizes his woman is pregnant, he begins saving money to cover the medical bills. Once this man vanished without a trace while she was in hospital, he revealed his true colors. He is irresponsible and has no interest in being a husband or a father.
The sad fact is that we all make mistakes. Sometimes, we make mistakes in choosing the person we have children with. We have to own up to those mistakes, end the relationships and move on with our lives. Waiting for people to "come to their senses" is a fools gambit.

my sisters, I'm in the USA and can attest that most men here are either married or in situationships, you have to join him, or he has enough savings to come back home or else be shocked that they are living a double standard life. Marriage here is for business. Too sad
I always tell women to be very careful with men who tell them, “I love my private life, don’t post me on social media etc”…Social media has become a vetting platform, people can easily reach out and tell you, I know the guy you posted, he is married or has kids with so and so.I have seen so many women defending their hubbies on social media, oh my hubby loves privacy, that’s why I post myself and the kids!Woman wake up!

The society see us with kids and conclude that we're were the most bad ,wicked women, that's why we were abandoned by our so called baby daddies, a man can wake up one morning and decide that he is leaving and there is nothing you can do about it,go start another family and live happily forever after like you don't even exist. This lady is one strong woman, she has 5 and she is hanging on, while there is me who has one and at times my mind comes to a standstill. I can do many things for a man but one that I vowed not to do is ,"borrowing money for him" Sina huo upako.
