Lived in Phoenix for 22 years and left before Covid to Green Bay Wisconsin already this year been over 80 and I am very happy with my apartment and my cats
Hello! Thank you for watching! I am happy to hear you are very happy. :) Is it over 80 degrees up in Green Bay already you mean? It just hit 100 out here in Phoenix. Living here certainly brings warm days but sunshine and pools make me happy. LOL And cats and dogs, too!
Hello! I’ve always been a huge fan of Los Dos Molinos for Mexican food. It’s authentic and spicy and amazing! I also enjoy Tee Pee and The Mission. For donuts, everyone is obsessed with Bosa Donuts out here. They are pretty good. We have a ton of local bakeries that are good as well. I don’t frequent sweet shops that often though 😊 thanks for commenting!

Hello! Thank you for watching my video on the pros and cons of living in Phoenix, Arizona! I agree with you fully! LOL Our bus lines do run pretty well but yes, the lightrail is a sour point for many. Hopefully they can clean it up and extend it to where more people can utilize it. We definitely need it!
@@LivingInPhoenixArizona2025 Yep, you got that right. I mean, at least we have another one opening in south Phoenix next year, but Valley Metro is still about 20 years behind where they should be. Right now, I don’t think the light rail is going to be a truly useful regional transportation network any time soon, but it is really effective at densifying development near the corridors, which results in a ton of housing being built closer to the city center where it doesn’t create as much sprawl/traffic. I think that is mostly valley metro’s goal for the short term future, they would have to invest in MUCH faster transit for it to really be useful for the outskirts.
You are so right!! Beautifully said! They are extending the street car as well so it'll help connect MCC and Banner in Mesa to ASU in Tempe. That should help with some congestion as many apartments and condos run along those lines.

Hello! Living in Arizona is indeed amazing! So many people are moving here from other states so I totally get what you are saying on the mass exodus, but the heat may keep some away! I don't get down to Yuma much but I hear it's booming! Thanks for watching :)
Hello! Many do agree with you, it can get very hot here indeed. ☀️ However, heat can be easier on your body than cold. Especially for arthritis and aches and pains. That’s why so many people retire here. But it is definitely not for everyone. I prefer the heat to snow, but I’m a native, so I’m biased Lol. Thank you for watching and commenting! 😊
Agreed. Moved here 10 years ago from rural Oregon near the coast for work. The heat here is just miserable for all but a couple of months. If you like trees and green and cool, fresh air, Phoenix isn't your place.
Hi! Thanks for commenting! I don't recall what this means. I think it's to purchase followers, which as you can see, I clearly don't do 😂 Thanks for reaching out though!

Names of popular donuts shops and taco restaurants there

Great information, but the constant overlap or interruption of the clips meshing was distracting.

The bus systems in Phoenix are fantastic, but the line rail has some room for improvement. It's neat and all, but it needs more lines! 😂

Lived in Yuma since 2010; besides the mass exodus from other states I don't mind the heat.

I would try Prescott or Flagstaff or the white mountains!
Arizona is great in winter. Summer is horrible. If you can afford it be a snowbird
Hi! Thanks for watching my channel about moving to arizona and living in phoenix! Winter is fantastic! I agree! Summer can be rough for sure, too.
