Those recipes look amazing! I will make some coconut milk based panna cotta with mango. If you want to and it turns out good, I can give you the recipe :) I will definetly recreate the mushroom wellington, when I have a fancy occasion to do so (not my turn this easter ;))
you just saved me with this video! I'm gonna try to make these chocolate nests... thought of putting almonds in the center of the eggs. again, you just saved me because I couldn't find anything accurate till now. thank you so so much!! ps: sorry if my English is bad... exactly what i needed 😍😍 i’m a vegan teen and my family isn’t vegan so i can get the chance to show them (esp. my sisters) that vegan recipes are delicioussssss 🤤🤤😍😍🌱
I was having an anxiety attack and decided to go on UA-cam to see if I could distract myself and I’m very happy to say that this was the first video that came up. I’m still anxious but this video was so relaxing (especially the Wellington portion) and really helped in calming me down. And I now have some new recipes to try out! Thank you!!
Those eggs look adorable! And very delicious - now I'm craving chocolate, guess I'll be making those nests first thing tomorrow. Your videos never fail to put a smile on my face, I love how accessible and normal you make veganism. You make the statement 'anything you can enjoy as an omnivore, you can enjoy as a vegan too' true and you've been a real inspiration for me to let go of diet culture and perfectionism and just enjoy life a little more
I will ONE HUNDRED PER CENT be making that wellington for my next roast and next Christmas!! such a simple recipe compared to others I've seen and it looks amazing
Today I baked the Cross Buns by following your recipe and they came out perfectly! The buns are so delicious! Thank your for that great recipe! Greetings from Germany and happy Easter to everyone 😊
Here in Spain we have something called easter "mona" and I'm going crazy trying to find a vegan option to it. But this is even better I think! Thank u! I'll try them! Btw, love your English accent👌
Everything looks SO delicious ! I've already made Hot Cross Buns but not vegan and these ones look very yummy, I'll save the video to make all of this later for sure, thanks, I really love your videos! xxx Cheers from France :-)
madeline i loved this video! it was really nice to see the uks easter traditions... i think it is only in the uk that you have them so i think you pleasantly surprised most of your viewers... the egg nests turned out so cute!! and the wellington looks amazing, pecans, chrstnuts, the portobello! i was wondering if you knew anything about your friend's fridge!!! i am redoing an old farmhouse in mexico where my bf and i are starting a huge permaculture / glamping project in the mexican wine country (i am mexican he is italian) and obviously the kitchen is the most important part for me... i want a beautiful kitchen to cook in! and im having trouble with the fridges... they are all white or stainless steel and ugly... your friends fridge is beautiful! congrats onyour videos they are always a pleasure to watch, hugs, your friend in mexico, anissa

Since senare still in quarantine, me and my boyfriend are goding to dl all of these recipes this year. This video is so relaxing and I’m actually looking to make this even though we are locked inside. Just not sure were to find shredded wheat in Sweden. Thank you Olivia!
I recently found out about hot cross buns in another YT video and I thought it looked delicious but we don't have that tradition in France, I'm so excited to try your recipe this week-end (even though the only thing special I do on Easter is eat chocolate!)
These recipes look so creative and delicious! I recently subscribed to your channel. Can't wait to move to the UK later this year so I can get the exact ingredients and make your food!
The chocolate eggs nests looks so cute ! I will try to make the base with oats to make it gluten free let's see how it goes (sadly the texture not going be the same :()
Hi I love your channel I've got very little sight I would love to do this recipe please can you message me the full recipe before the weekend thank you. X

Hey I'm planning on going to South Africa for a few months and was wondering how easy it is to get vegan options there? I'll be cooking myself but are things like plant milks readily available? Hope you have a good Easter with your family!
I hope you enjoy your easter too and eat lots of vegan choccies! And speaking of chocolate and sweets/"candy"/treats there are lots of accidentally vegan treats. Again you will have to look through them all because they dont have a vegan symbol on them. Woolworths has made gelatine free vegan gummy sweets that is clearly labelled and they are so yummy
@@rachelj1199 Joburg has decent vegan options including vegan-friendly restaurants and lots of vegan options in the grocery stores. In most shops like Spar, Checkers, Pick 'n Pay and Woolworths you'll be able to find various vegan milks, faux meats, obviously fruits and veggies and beans and stuff. I suggest shopping at Woolworths because they have fantastic vegan food and their stuff is always great quality and worth your money. Checkers is also great for vegans. TESCO READY ROLLED PUFF PASTRY IS VEGAN!!!! How I never thought to check the ingredients?!? My mind is blown! All the times I had made veggie quiche and told my vegan friend he could't have it as I though there was butter in the pastry... I shall go bake him a quiche right now!
I think i will be making the hot cross buns, just i dont know what „mixed spice“ is supposed to mean. Like cinnamon and stuff? What should i use for that?
Madeleine Olivia I live in Germany, so i wasnt sure what name to look for. I can find different spice mixes, like french herbs mix which i imagine is not the right thing to put into that 😂🙈 Which spices are typically in this „mixed spice“? 😅
I want to try the Wellington recipe but I'm not the biggest fan of mushrooms, could it be done with the portobellos chopped up or would there not be enough filling if I excluded them altogether? 🤔
Natalie Clarke I’ve done a similar Wellington with lentils and soy mince before, adding a bit of tamari to bring out the umami flavour. I think it worked well.
Hi! I'm not religious and i think of Easter and Christmas as celtic traditions, which they are. Easter was beltane, which was a fertility feast and christmas midwinter, basically a light festival to celebrate the middle of winter So you Can definetly celebrate them with "good conscious", especially with your recipies. I'm gonna try one, if not all of them!
Happy Easter everyone! Let me know which ones you'll be making this weekend! All the recipes are linked in the description for you all :)

they all look amazing, i am making them for my family.Sadly i cannot eat gluten!!!
Hi, what could you use instead of cashews?
Lovely recipes! I'm not vegan but interested in it.. But didn't know ready made pastry was vegan?! I always assumed pastry included butter!!
Jo G butter is expensive so if you look at the cheapest pastry/garlic bread/whatever similar option it’s usually vegan
Yum, I'm trying to stay away from gluten for a while, but yum!

hi :) maybe it's a silly question but is vegan butter different from margarine? the little eggs are just so cute ❤️
As long as the margarine doesn’t have milk in it then it’s vegan!
We dont have chestnuts here because its not in Season, what can I put in instead and is it ok if I just leave it out?
Unsure where I can find shredded wheat here in Australia, so could I use Weetbix?
GreenViolet there’s many cereals with shredded west available in coles & woolies :) i think the little “nests” are much smaller though.
