I made some of these items for a more simplified dinner for 3! Of course I had to make the nut loaf and it was a huge hit! I've tried other mock meats with nuts as the base but with this recipe, you cant even tell nuts were used!. So impressive, flavorful, meaty, juicy. So in love!
Hannah--made the nut roast, vegan gravy, and vegan stuffing--wonderful recipes. And everything was very tasty...however, my nut roast did not form/solidify--was not soupy, but definitely not like yours in the video....I followed your recipe to the letter, used ground flax seed for the egg...any thoughts?? Appreciate your great videos and recipes. TY.

Nuts galore in these recipes, I'd add sautéed chestnuts instead of hazelnuts for the Brussel sprouts. The stuffing is a lot chunkier than I'm used to otherwise the recipes are impressive. Thank you.
A few hacks for you sweetie hit the lid of jar lightly on the edgeo Of the counter and it will pop right off and then regarding the onions run your fingertips onto the round part of a silver spoon hope those help! please share of they worked for u ; )

When i was little, decades ago, once in a while my mother would make a Waldorf-type salad...i forget everything she put in it, but the base was greens, shredded carrot, chopped apples, walnuts, raisins, it could have had mandarin oranges but not sure, and the dressing was just mayo which could have had some lemon juice...The raisins with everything made it pretty tasty...It might even be better with some exotic spices in the mayo...Here's a pretty Spring salad that might give you more ideas...🌿 ua-cam.com/video/ksghXHasElk/v-deo.html ~ And if you have access to persimmons, you can make this persimmon nog...Just make sure they are really ripe...🩷 ua-cam.com/video/ISS0c-ABUTQ/v-deo.html

Coconut oil is high in saturated fat. I prefer olive oil or sunflower oil. Recipes are amazing! Thank you.
