    1. More Open and Receptive
    2. Being positive - smiling more, being positive with words, attitude, overall energy
    3. Knowing how to persuade, not dictate. Not telling him what to do.
    4. Practicing self care and keeping yourself up - appearance, mentally, emotionally, spiritually etc
    5. Being attentive and considerate - encouraging, supportive, like their mothers(most) do. Be approachable.
    6. Being lighthearted and have a sense of humour- peaceful, joyful, playful, fun, taking jokes as they are, not easily offended. Helping him relax.
    7. Listen and learn - not throwing things back at his face, processing what he really said and not misinterpreting, assuming and analysing. Learning his desires, how he works, his love language.
    8. Being selective - not easily gotten, not being for everybody.
    8. Being willing to embrace his lead - trust his leadership

We need more masculine men that are more providers/protectors, so that women do not have to work so hard and can be their more femine self. Great teaching.

When I married my husband I did as you said and embraced wanting to be healed. He was so far ahead of me in this, and because I trusted him I slid into this feminine role without even noticing how or why I was doing it. His masculinity just brought it out. And every hiccup we have had along the way I have since learned was me trying to step back into the masculine role. Being with a SAFE man...but BABY when he caught on. What I learned is that I was also his SAFE woman when he FINALLY got the slight attention of the woman he'd been chasing for yrs...all of this (unbeknownst to me). I ACTUALLY took the op to run b/c I could not have it both ways. I took the opportunity to ESCAPE b/c we had become codependent 👋. Feminine Qualities
    1. Be open and receptive to kind gestures from men. Allow your man do for you, be vulnerable. Masculine men wants to provide for you, allow them. Let them feel needed.
    2. Being positive and encouraging: for example; smile more which is easy if you are at peace with yourself.
    3. Know how to persuade and not dictate: use more soft energy, it's more effective than being aggressive. Talk to your man politely.
    4. Practice self-care, take good care of yourself and how you look. Make time for yourself. Dress more feminine; use bright colours (floral).
    5. Be attentive, nurturing and considerate.
    6. Be playful, lighthearted, don't be too serious but be joyful. Enjoy life and help your partner relax.
    7. Be willing to listen and learn, be cooperative.
    8. Be selective about who gets into your circle. Be mindful of clicks, have standard with the kind of men that comes around you.
    9. Be willing to be led by your partner, be subservient to your man for a successful relationship.

As a finally healing person I must admit that this list is great and effective BUT in order to be treasured and respected you need to hold self-respect first. Make it soft, kind and everything just never ever lose it and don't let to violate it. Be gracious, open and tactful while holding it inside.
Men don't just fall for an easy person. They may chose one to make life easier or as a safe place. But they take care of someone they value. They become more attentive, gentle, invest more, etc. Just remember, this is the core: to be someone who creates and holds the value.

This is what I think happened in the 50's. Correct me if I'm wrong. Remembering that God created everything perfect. I think men undervalued the roll of the woman being the home maker. They made us feel that earning money was way more important than making a home for our family. And women believed that lie and just to show them they said "ok making money is more important, I can do that" and off to work she went. Who suffered? We all suffered. who cooked healthy meals for the family? Who takes the kids to the doctors, who helps them with their home work?
Who wakes up during the night to give them water when you hear them coughing? Who is welcoming our kids home after School? Nobody. This might seem unimportant, earning money sure beats this. But you'd be wrong. We don't give any credit to our home makers. Our home gives us confidence in this world, it's our sanctuary, it's where everyone that loves us is. A mother who doesn't neglect us is priceless. We take it for granted when we have it. When we don't have it causes disasters such as, poor student, molestation, mal nutrition, bullying, criminal activity... the list goes on. So now women have both jobs earning money and making a home for their children. So what do we need a man for? We don't, so we kick him out and now she's a single mother raising kids on her own. No matter how good of a mother you are a woman can never be a father. She can't raise her boys to be good men. She doesn't know how. She does the best but the result falls short. Her boys grow up not knowing what a man's roll is in the family. They still have that responsibility they just don't know how to accomplish it because they have never seen it done. All their life mom handled it all. Now his wife will have the children and also be expected to work . And this cycle continues. When they say "they don't make men like they used to" they are right we don't. I've come to realize the things I love about men are all the things I don't have, like their decisiveness, their strength, the respect the world gives them, their rough hands, the way they men love and last but most important of course... you know. Men are also under valued by us and themselves I'm sad to say. Although good men ARE hard to find I still love them and need them and I don't want to live in a world where they're not there. This is just my opinion. Do you agree or disagree?

I am in a new relationship which is different then any relationship before. I have learned to relax, not thinking so negative so much, and enjoying each other's company. I have learned to tap in to my feminine side more. I never really dressed 👗 up but my partner ask for me to wear a dress once. He loves it so I on occasion wear a dress and feel so comfortable and beautiful.
I was put down by past partners for anything. My partner tells me how proud he is of me working hard and going to college. He helps me sometimes with homework and he does his office work when I do homework. We both love that support we give each other.
I hope everyone finds love in them self. This will help you find love in a partner when it is time. ❤

His #3 should be called, "A masculine man doesn't want you to talk to him like your his Moma" . I saw this in action when I was working in a school office years ago; and I saw a Black male child psychologist and a Black female staff. She was a single mom. He was 1 of 3 men on the whole staff roster. They both were in the office and she said something to him as if she was his mother. It was a directive with authority. He responded calmly, but his words were effective. I can't remember what he said, but his words humbled her. She tried to be nicer, but the damage was done. He did not see her favorably for the rest of the school year.
This was very good information. I bless you young man.

And your third point about being persuasive instead of dictating is right on the money. I go into EVERY relationship, absolutely feminine. Yes, I am strong..but not so independent that I won't let a man be there for me. I ended up with a dude that did not want to do for me. He pretended he didn't see my needs, or made up excuses why he couldn't do for me. It was really bad. I never knew toxic masculinity until I met him. He even told me if he did anything for me financially that I was a prostitute for expecting anything from him but sex and time. Totally different spill from everything he said to get me. When I told him how men operate and used his dad as a perfect example he got angry and would deflect his flaws by bringing up other guys. He was so insecure I could not even walk in front of him. Even if I was running to get out of the cold🤦🏽‍♀️

I am independent, but also am very feminine. Being feminine means also that I know how to stroke mens ego so that they feel respected and appreciated.
When a man offers to do something for me: if I am not interested in having a sexual relationship with him I reject his help or I pay money for his help. Only if I am interested in having a sexual relationahip with him, will I let him help me and I will not pay him money for it. The reason I do that, is that I want people to know that I am not having sex with men I am not in an official relationhip with.

As a single mom of two older teens, I definitely understand about being in a masculine energy at times because you have to be so responsible and provide. Yet I am very open to allowing a male show his masculine energy and sometimes when I feel like they don’t I’m then disappointed. Thanks to you. I have found someone that I’m dating now for almost 8 months but recently we got into very deep conversation where I was trying to explain some things where I didn’t feel like he did show a masculine energy. I did not word it that way, but it’s what I felt. Not too sure how we are going to navigate around this one. Thanks for all you teach and share!! 🙏🏼💜

Being exposed to sexual abuse as a child and seeing my mother go through domestic violence only allowed me to take on the role of an alpha independent woman.
This has also caused me to attract the wrong men which failed. I’m tired of “raising men” as you mentioned in one of your videos. I’m longing for inter-dependence. Right now I’m loving myself, putting God first, and writing my letters to those who hurt me.

"One of the first times in a long time where she felt like a woman." Yes, so true! I realized that out in public, I would have this hard, cold stare so no creeps would talk to me. But this bled into other situations. I began to wear more dresses, and added more skirts and flowery, flowy, feminine pieces into my wardrobe. Lol, now I have been talking to a good man who is certainly masculine. It does work! Yes, smile more, be a good listener, learn to receive. One of my friends has had a hard time getting guys to ask her out. The one main reason is because she is tapping into that harder, "masculine energy," and does not know the difference between flirting, and "just being nice," or how to receive. A straight, masculine man does not want to essentially date another "man" and vie for power at home when he is already doing that in the workforce.

You’re so wrong about the mama’s boy! Men who are so devoted to their moms that they fail to be a “man” to their wives are usually emotionally held hostage by their moms who have a lot of underlying issues going on, and rarely are those mothers exuding caring / nurturing qualities. Also these men may not have grown emotionally as they’re always trying to be in the good books of their mothers thereby failing to protect their wives and children. This often drives the woman to adopt more masculine traits in order to survive or protect their kids. And when these women try to be nurturing and caring for that man it many a times creates an environment of abuse.

Hi Stephan, I truly appreciate this video. It is important to note that some things you spoke about were reminders of why we as women need to fully embrace ourselves as women and something's you spoke about gave me more insight into the responsibility we have as women to allow our qualities to reflect who we are. I've had some genuine experiences in my life that taught me to be who I am created to be. One in particular, is how we are everything for everybody and we forget about ourselves. We are so self sacrificing that we don't know that we give away what we need for ourselves. When we do that, and it doesn't seem to be appreciated, we become disappointed and even angry at times, because we gave more than we should've. I had to learn that some of the things you give out to others, via, family, children, relationships and so forth, aren't meant for them, there are somethings that are meant to remain within you to allow you not to be completely depleted. Sometimes we feel that we don't have enough time and that with the time we have it's already dished out to everyone and everything in our lives. However, if anything can be gained from reading this message, with all due respect, you cannot be something to someone that you cannot be for yourself. If you don't have the time then make the time with what time you have. Everything doesn't have to get done within a day. Even though that was not the entire message, start with some things and add as you go along to build into a better you. Ladies we have it, all those qualities Stephan spoke about, some of us have just lost or forgotten them along life's journey and we have to reclaim them. Awesome message Stephan, appreciate you 👍👏🙏😊❤💯

Looking back at my life and past the type of men has killed my feminine energy. The type of men that I have dealt with demanded a lot of me. Being mom and dad, and the bread winner. Those two roles and having to be strong has mentally exhausted me. I just got of a 2 year abusive relationship and it feels so good bc now I can heal myself and focus on me. Men would always asked me why I looked so mad and I never understood why men would say that. I was doing things that I didnt know I was doing.

Thank you so much for your videos. As a female who was in foster care with alot of trauma and a cancer survivor, I became independent and scared to open and rely on others. However, I have healed through therapy and making self-care days once a week, taking myself out, and this video helps me to become more feminine . I need to concentrate on stress as you spoke of since I work as a 911 Crisis Dispatcher for Mental Health. I need to be more approachable and not so hard looking. I will smile more and maybe put a flower in my head! Haha

Great points on feminine qualities. Agree with all of your 9 points. I would say that feminine qualities to me resemble love. Love is nurturing, attentive, kind, gentle, sweet, fun, filled with laughter, joy, receptive to others, compassionate, positive and full of radiance. So embrace love and that would exude all the feminine qualities. Walk in love. Speak with love and that would even change the tone of the conversation. Listen with your heart and that changes the perception of what you hear. To walk in love the happiness must be within us and that projects outwardly as well as becoming healed and whole . Thank you as always for the video. Blessing, and abundance to you.

My son is 10 and his main chore is cutting the grass to give me the time to do other things. Granted I do help with the yard work, but I only (sometimes cut) half the yard and edge. He’s responsible for cleaning his bathroom, his room & game room. And the kitchen only when he cooks for himself. Everything else I will take care of it.
I find ways to make time for what I want. Quite frankly it’s a must!

Women leading the way and men going into their feminine energy, for me is the most impactful tip in this video. When I come across a man who feels uncomfortable or lazy in this position or simply just doesn't get it, I walk away...because I know me & the last thing I want to do is emasculate a man. Therefore, for me, he’s not a fit.

I agreed with everything you said. And honestly I truly believe that when you get closer to God and you begin living a lifestyle that is pleasing to him the things you said becomes natural to a woman. When I grew closer in Christ I begin to see myself like he saw me so walking in my femininity was easy to me. I love being a woman and walking in my truth as a woman. It’s an anointing that all women should have . And the older you become the more you allow your feminine side to lead, and the reason I said that is because your hormones begin to lead but you have to be in control of You and what greater way than to walk and act like a Woman!

Iv found that not caring what people do, helps you hold that softness.
There's a line however, any disrespect isn't tolerated. And you don't attack, you stand firm with your boundaries and speak your truth which even means letting some guys go.
Feminine energy is naturally nuturing, giving, understanding and exuding love, even in the hardest times. This is our power, to remain soft in the hardest times.

Funny enough I recently got told by my female boss that I need to be more aggressive/less agreeable in my job as an assistant to all. I was confused because that's not my nature or how I was raised plus I get along with everybody. A few months later I realized why some women are successful in their careers. People don't like them and yes they are aggressive and less agreeable more as you go up the ladder. I also realized that a career in corp America is not for me. My husband and I agree that one day I'll be home with our kids. They don't want a boss they want a nurturing mother. I say this because if you want a career, go get it, be that modern woman. You"ll get 💰. But if you're not about your career it's OK. That's not for you and your husband will love your femininity.

I love this guy, I have learned and reconfirmed so much through his videos. As per this video, and doubling back to what he says, women need to be selective. Y’all are depleted because y’all invested in men who were unable to deposit back into you all the things you required and then if the right guy comes along that negative energy that y’all have built up for yourselves in the name of being strong and independent pushes that guy away. Spend time with yourself, figuring out who you are, what you need, build up that confidence and stay there (feminine energy) so that when the right guy comes along, you don’t miss that opportunity.

I agree with as a woman you have to be selective in the quality of men you choose. If you choose a deadbeat man, that's what you will attract. That happen to me in my last relationship, where I had to be the leader as he gave me no choice as the man would not or chose not to walk in his masculinity. I believe he is unable to and will just keep moving to one woman to the next, as he is struggling with his sexuality.

Beautifully spoken! You’re helping so many see the reality of what healing means. Bravo, sir! To open the heart, and let down the walls requires a willingness to see the limitations we’ve placed on yourself to “protect” yourself. An open heart means being loving and compassionate toward yourself first (healing your wounds first), so you can offer those same things to a partner. You must be it to attract it. Everything you’ve said here was me before going on a healing journey. It’s amazing how much more loving, grounded and centered you become once you nurture your traumas and wounds. The blinders of your pain release and you see the world through happy lenses. And with that, you learn how to be a vessel of love who knows how to speak to others with respect (the feminine essence) and also receive the same in return :)

Smiling more - I agree with this. I love meeting people and when you show that positive energy by smiling you will then notice how people would like to talk to you and flock around you. This was also the reason I get to make friends and meet some potential but be careful as you will attract the wrong ones as well but smiling really works.
