What should I do? My husband is a permanent resident he file for us ( our children and I) we did the first interview and the counselor asked for DNA, we did the DNA and went for the second interview. After the interview, the counselor said that our visas were approved but then he give me a sheet fill with security questions and put me on administrative processing. It’s been one month now no communication from them

What if you went for an interview everything went well. Now, you receive a letter saying your spouse should go back to his country to continue the filing process. You don't want to take that risk, what do you do to continue the process here in the US?

I'm an American and I swear my country makes me sick. Its sad that alot foreign people who are married to a U.S. citizen have a hard time coming to America to be with their spouses and children. Americans can go to other countries and get welcomed with open arms and can stay as long as they like but when a foreigner wants to come to America they treat that foreinger like shit. Its not fair. My husband is Egyptian and is having a hard time coming to the U.S. to visit with me and my family but yet I been to Egypt many times and even stayed there for 2 in a half years with no problem. They treated me with the up most respect and welcomed me to their country and never gave me any problems. They never charged my husband and I outstanding fees for me to stay there. All America thinks about is money and greed. America is suppose to be a free country and should welcome everyone with good oppertunities. America should be open to all people from all walks of life.

I filed the I 130 but it was denied cause I don't have enough income. I can no longer work because I have MS. And I only get $814 a month. My husband works in his country and barely makes enough to feed himself. It makes me angry that the U.S. charges big fees and stuff making it impossible for people like me to sponsor my husband. I was told by an immigration lawyer that I shouldn't have married a foreigner if I wasn't able to sponsor him. People can't help who they fall in love with.

@@bjabouzeid3335 Yea, the income thing doesn't make sense for people living abroad. Incomes are lower overseas. Once your husband got his visa and started working in the USA he would make a US income. Just not fair. Find a friend who can sponsor your husband though you...

He wanted me to move to Egypt and stay there with him cause he didn't care about coming to the U.S. but I stayed in Egypt for 2 in a half years and kept getting sick there and was worried about me cause the hospitals and doctors there are not good and they don't have much to help people so he sent me back home to get proper care and help.

    My questions are :
Whether I can be in America during the green card process (as I know it will take about 8 months) how about with my passport?
I just afraid I will over stay because I just can stay 6 month with the tourist and business visa.
How about my visa when my green card application is rejected?

I'm a Jamaican I came to the US in 2017. I came here legally on a visiting visa.. so I didn't go back home .. u know we always trying to make better for ourselves and to help our family.. so I met and got married to an American citizen.. I really love her so our marriage is real.. but the issue I have is that I have a record back home in Jamaica.. and my wife and I want to put it the paper work to apply for my adjustment if status... my question is.. does my record in Jamaica will affect me in anyway? Will the immigration send for my records from Jamaica? Please help me out on what to do we really want to start with the process.. but I'm kinda ify about it. We already have all the paperwork done now is just to submit them. But I need some advice on what to do.. please..

USCIS Does a federal check, meaning they dont have access to your criminal record in Jamaica unless you declare it, but countries do not share such information accept via interpol which is a very costly service, furthermore I dont think the state department who issue visas even share such information with USCIS as these are all decentralized departments, so its reall down to you declaring it, once you declare it then they find out about it

Hello! Thank you for your videos, amazing!! : )
If you reapply for I-485 (after the first denial) does your I-765 reset?
Can you keep your first EAD (reopened), since an I-485 is again pending under your name?
Are they gonna issue new SSC and EAD even if you already have from your first case?

i am an asylee and i have a lot of non biological children that are mine. some of them i had since they were babies . some as toddlers . so age 10 to 16 years. how ever in my country we don't do legal adoption when you take children as your . but you are their mother in every ramification. Now want to bring my kids over here to live with me. but immigration here required a legal document , in my country adoption can only be done before the adoptee's 16th birthday/ the courts in my country can only grant a supervision order , but it is not acceptable. please help as i am lost. Also my husband is with the children i would really love for all of the to come join me here
