My cover letter for applying for greencard was basically a story about how me and my husband met, fell in love and got married. And my cover letter for the removal of conditions for my greencard will include how these two years have gone by. I'll be including our pregnancy journey together and will give them a list of things for evidence i'd have included in the packet. Just write what comes to your heart. There is no right or wrong with regards to the cover letter. All the best 🤗

Hola Kseniya! I love your videos so much. I'm currently working on my Marriage GC package and I have one question. I already have an EAD (asylum seeking) so I'm not sure if I should include Form I-765 + I-131 in my package.
I submitted I-765 + I-131 having asylum pending... the new EAD will be different.

If he’s currently unemployed he cannot be your sponsor. You’ll need to find a joint sponsor

Hi K seniya. Currently I'm 16 years old. My biological mother remarried when I was 6. My step brother is an by born US citizen who's over 21 years of age. He wants to petition for my step dad and my mom. I want to know if I'll automatically get visa through my biological mom since I'm under 18 years of age. I don't have any other guardians here other than my parents so it'll become a great problem if both of them moves to the US. So I'm sincerely requesting you to give me information on this matter.

I believe you can do it from anywhere. However you’re supposed to notify USCIS every time you move by submitting AR-11 online or changing on your USCIS account

Hi Kseniya, we filed i-751 for my wife in April of 2020. Last june uscis took fingerprints and sent us letter that they’s schedule her for an interview. Forwarding to 2022 and nothing has changed. Us doing a status check with uscis in February, they simply changed the date of “we’ll schedule you a interview” from last july to february of this year, but nothing has occured after they changed that. Could our paperwork be stuck somewhere and how do we get then to poke at it?
Unfortunately this form takes forever to process. Most applicants will not get their 10-year green card before the naturalization interview.
@@KseniyaInternational Issue with asking for citizenship during this process is if there’s a small chance you don’t pass the citizenship, you were already removed from the I-751 line to get to it, but you no longer have the 10 year green card, which gives you more time to re-attempt the citizenship.

@@AOLnotas i did and they simply changed the status “we’ll schedule you for an interview” from July 2021 to feburary 2022 and no other reply by them besides that although we did a case inquiry in February.
@@honeztearthling987 I will strongly suggest you to go for naturalization, they take forever to send you the GC or to schedule an interview, get your wife to take classes for the naturalization and get over this GC process, im saying this by experience.

You can travel, many people do. Just bring your original extension letter / I-751 receipt notice with you and your old green card

@@KseniyaInternational the thing is when my 2 years green expired me on my wife had a interview she did not come with me to the interview because she did not care anymore about me so I went by my self on I was sent back on then one day in the mail I got a letter that state that I have 30 day to get out of the country so I booked a ticket on went back to Jamaica in 2010 but I am still married to my wife I never traveled from 2010 . what can I do
@@francoisdaley you are not a permanent resident anymore. So you have to get a divorce. If you reapply in the future via marriage, they will be asking you a lot of questions.
