Les sounds good but his memory is not up to scratch. He says Bye Bye Baby was No1 in 1976 for 8 whole weeks. Sorry Les, it was actually No1 in 1975 and for 6 whole weeks during March and April. It also became the biggest selling U.K. single of 1975. I guess those guys never received the justified financial rewards? Tragic story how they were all ripped off.
Derek retired. Woody and Les had a massive fall out after a previous reunion U.K. tour a few years prior to the tour on this video. Les has since refused to ever work with Woody again. Alan died shortly after that reunion tour. Eric took part in the same reunion tour but opted out of this one. Les has decided to continue touring but with a new line up. Oh, and Ian who replaced Alan in 1976 also sadly died a few years ago. That’s all I know.
@@sweetaududette ...Allan died on 2 July 2018 at Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert, Scotland, after contracting an illness / Virus while on holiday in Mexico, where he had been a patient at the Galenia Hospital in Cancún but had been cleared to return home. He was 70.
Die Größten in meiner Jugend...Und für mich unvergesslich ❤
