      ***** You're full of shit. The party scene is infinitely better in india. Cheap drugs and tons of people with low alcohol tolerance reducing the buy-in cost in relation to the amount of alcohol available. Education in india is _okay_ but professors here still treat you like children, the equipment sucks, and everybody smart enough to get into a profitable course in a good indian university is nerdy and prudish.

And we reached Mars in our first attempt. Well if that doesn't prove you the point then I can't help you out. Yes there's a lot for us to recover from the crap Britishers did to my country. We transformed a lot in just 68years since the independence but yes it's long journey for us. And what ever these kids are talking about the diversity and education stuff we're one of the most diversified and best in education country. Its just four years old, and yeah even back then I felt education in India is way better than anywhere else, especially for science course, ofcourse it only depends on the student, my mom says this everytime a hardworking will work hard anywhere he is, so which college you get into doesn't really matter, if you don't get into the top colleges doesn't mean that you can't ace a entrance exam in this world of internet and technology..and yeah you will diversity in any Indian college..

    I don think education is better abroad compared to India. May be few courses you won't find here just like Vedic education you won't find everywhere in the world. Indian education is good n campus of all great colleges are also good. You can learn independent living here in India as well. Being Indian we are generally shy, fearful, low in confidence n not bold. To build confident n know how a developed countries work which builds our confident is what you get there.

    • @gagnoadaloa2907
      @gagnoadaloa2907 7 років тому

      kart2454, I think you fell victim of poor choice of words. What is true is that there very few African students in India compared to Indian in foreign Universities. However, the racism they encounter in India is on a daily basis, constant and intense. It is intentionally humiliating in nature.

    • @gagnoadaloa2907
      @gagnoadaloa2907 7 років тому +2

      kart2454, what a pathetic defense. I pointed out this attitude about some Indian posters: when a short coming is pointed out, instead of dealing with it, Indians response is "we are not the only one doing it, there are many others countries that are doing. And it also to us" One would think Indians would have learned from their colonial past, but they have no second thought about discriminating against Africans students.
      No, Africans do not treat Indian the same way. That is a lie.
      To make it worse, Indians have been living peacefully in several African countries for generations and are citizen of those countries. The presence of African students is only a recent happening, and I don't think they plan to stay in India, they are going back to their respective countries after graduation.
      Plus, there are way more Indians living for good in African countries than there are Africans living in India for a short period of time.
      It is mind bungling that educated Indians have this closed mindset, which contribute to non--Indians having no sympathy when Indians complain about racism against them by whites, but I am sure you have seen those comments illustrating what I just said.

    • @SKNayak-gl4xt
      @SKNayak-gl4xt 7 років тому

      You don't counter one racist country with another. Australian media reports racist attacks on taxi drivers or students or even VIPs almost everyday. Indians don't indulge in hate crimes against a specific race, it's just a few incidents by narrow-minded uneducated retards, which one can expect in India which is a rural major but not in developed countries like Australia.
      While Aus should know Indians were one of the very few races who settled there when Britain colonised Australia, we are not an alienated culture. There are many cultural & social centres of Indian origin there but these people are racist anyway
      Give me 1 racist attack on Africans in India and i will give you 10 on Indians in Aus.

    Nothing can beat the rigorous practical work & strict teaching hours like in India, universities abroad is all about cool campuses(not in all cases), hype, self study and very few lectures....I complained about it got my money back after graduating lol am not taking any of that shit from these universities who likes to rip off foreign students by charging 5 times more than what a local student would pay. Truth is such but the trend to go foreign will always continue no matter how powerful the truth is.

    This video to be really honest is really biased since the topic clearly states "abroad" and Canada merely is one particularl place when compared to other potential places that students like us wish to prospect and study . What Iclearly mean is that the exposure in Canada is different when compared to say studying in UK or France .

    Strongly Disagree with priyank on the point that education is better over there!
    The genuine point is that the choice of courses may be varied but whatever courses are available in india are at par with the simila ones in the world !

    • @G4luc
      @G4luc 7 років тому +2

      Abhishek Mukherji in India it's all about cramming huge amount of syllabus and stupid irrelevant assignment. in UK and US. courses are way more practical and if you are decent in education you will get an Internship in your 3rd year and placement after job. India is very competitive and not as many jobs and benefits. it's still a 3rd world country with a stupid system. India sux man. they even beat/harrass kids there physically and emotionally. if you do that in US your teaching licence will be taken away within a second and you have to serve a jail time and classes to be a better person and how to trear a kids. now that's a system. India is a corrupt country that needs a Big revolution to change to it's better course

      Guneet singh you're right we, being the typical middle class who attend a normal school have been suffering many many problems similar to the ones you mentioned. May be some big schools out there offer great education but the same can't be implied to a normal galli waala school. Now even the govt schools are worse at education.

      S Kannoth 10,000 times better than crappy stupid, outdated very theoretical education system of India. we are pioneer in research. india is so dull. I ask this nutrionist about a nutritional value of a Ghee. he said he can't tell because university sux there in India. they do cram us all what have been researched in the states and western countries. so you guys whatever you studies come from western world. western world is a pioneer. India doesn't have a practical education system. it's all cramming and theories. all running after grades and ranks. in US you have to be a good allrounder. India can never match it. budget of small community college in the US is probably 100x more than xyz private universities there in India.

    • @SubashKannoth
      @SubashKannoth 7 років тому

      Eric Multani There are crap universities and crap students everywhere. There was a documentary in youtube where a journalist is asking an MIT electrical engineering graduate how to light a bulb using battery and a piece of wire. Apparently, he could not!!.
      How can you conclude the whole education system is a crap just because that nutritional student ???
      Yes, I agree with you that whatever we have is from western world. But India is able to give results to western world as well. I do not know why are you stressing on private universities. There are government aided universities in India. Did you ever hear of IITs and IIMs ?. Only brightest student get admitted there. The students who doesn't get into IITs or top universities goes to private universities and if they can afford they goes to countries like Australia, US...where if you pay you can study. The students all who get into top universities earns that with hard work, not with parents money and do their studies in abroad. And researches are well going in top universities. I know this because I work study and work in a German university and we have several collaboration with IITs of India. The CEO of microsoft , google, founder or Sun microsystems etc. are all IIT/IIM graduates.Do you think all this happen by luck ? .Does Australia has ever lauched a satellite ?... so do not talk about research. You said in US you need to be an all-rounder. Dude, US is depending in foreigners. India and China again plays a major role in the cutting edge researches happening in US. Dr. Michio Kaku himself confess that the school education system in US is getting worse and worse. The problem is people like you are so ignorant to see the other side of countries like India and reach to a conclusion what you have seen is all.

      S Kannoth, I think you and others are missing his point. To him, there is more to education than just books and you familiar surrounding. He likes the diversity of cultures, getting to know people from other countries, being open to learn from and understand other societies. And yes, there are fields of education that are better outside of India.
