    Guy, understand this, Dont resign If HR forces you to resign. If company terminates you then you can fight against the company in Labour court. I personally have fought case against my previous IT company in Labour court when they terminated me on the same day. I won the case and got compensation for all the months I was without job after my termination. But if you resign then you will be at fault and you wont be able to do much. Always make a(may be secret) voice/video recording of your termination meeting with HR which you can produce in court as evidence.

    I was working in product based company ,but due to some increment I joined of the service based company. After couple of months they put me in bench and asked me to resign.

      Don't resign. If someone asked you just tell them you fired me. So, they will give you a 3 month salary.

    Hi,
    I have joined the company for an XYZ project. The project got cancelled abruptly when the time i joined and due to that i did not even got training for the project. Ever since i have been on the bench, which is past 4 months and i failed to get into anyother project most of them were not of my domain .There are 100% chances, my company will ask me to resign. If they give me no severence or only a month of salary after i resign, should i go for termination? Will the termination affect my future employement?

      Yes, after the termination, you can get the job. There are no issues. Just talk with hr, I will give you,resign. Just ask for 3 months notice or salary.

    I’m in TechM and I have been on bench for 2months and now HR asking me to resign within this week and offering me 3months of salary. I tried but didn’t get allocated to any project even not getting any requirement mails or interviews. What to do now in this situation? Please give some suggestions.

      Take 3 months salary, and resign them. Or ask for a 3 month notice period.

    Hi @Tech Savvy, i have few questions please answer----
    1) I was forcefully asked to put resign so I put my resign on 4th sept and i haven't uploaded resume as I was upgrading myself to microservices and preparing for interview so by the end of this month i will upload resume, so it will be almost 2months gap from my previous job so will it effect my resume or selection in another company?
    2)I am java developer and have 2years 6months of exp and I have knowledge of Spring , spring mvc spring boot ,microservices, hibernate , datajpa, mysql so what salary can I expect from company?
    3) what are interview calls frequency per day?

      Jitendra bhai, sorry to hear from you. It will not affect you. If anyone asked you please tell them. I have a medical or layoff situation. That's why I have a 2 month gap.
      For 2.6 months java guys can have 5 to 8 LPA.
      Java has so many openings going on.

      Hr asked my friends to resign and get salary upto notice period. But my friend ignored Hr and They didn't resign.
      But within month itself they Terminated my friends who was on Bench.

    I have worked for 4 years for a client and as the project 4 years time period completed I’m back to my payroll company. I’m in bench for 2 months and now they are asking me to put resignation. What should I do please suggest

      First you need to talk about the notice period. If hr giving you 2 or 3 months. It's fine. If not, ask for a 3 to 4 month salary. Then put the resign.

      First tell them, I can't go immediately. Or if you have an offer go and join. If you have not, talk hr that you need notice period.

      I checked the appointment letter, it's mentioned that if the user is serving a notice period for 2 months then they will pay full salary . Otherwise they will pay a basic salary. But, in my case I am willing to serve but the managers do not agree for 2 months. They agreed for 1 month.

    If you are reffered to HR basis you performance, HR will tell us to resign right?? what can I do in such cases.??

      If you have performance issues. So hr will fire you. But I suggest you don't give them resignation. Because you can get one or 2 months of salary or notice period. Just tell them, fire me. I can't put my resignation.

      Bhai capgemini ka v hal waisa hi hai. Waha se v bando ko nikala ja rha 2 or 3 months bad. But ab resign mut dena aap. Bolo unko nikal de. Taki aap ko 3 months ka salary mile.

    Hi kindly suggest me i am facing force resignation from HR as company is in huge costcutting and layoff going on.
    Earlier I have complaint about the negative work culture from senior management due to huge cost cutting and loss going on, so they unofficially plan and send me misconduct claim however i clearly denied and ask for investigation howver hr replied on mail to connect senior management to discuss without clearing the investigation result
    Now 2 days ago hr forcing me to resign, i denied and told to terminate me so she again active mail chain to connect on meet regarding the misconduct, i have put 3 days leave.
    I am ready to resign after 1st payout date but what can i do , kindly suggest

      I suggest you talk with hr for 3 months salary, or notice period. Then resign but you have to take written confirmation.
