Yes. I pounded the carriage roads on my mountain bike, average 25 miles daily for the week. I'm home now, happy with my very tired legs and feeling like my recovery is proceeding fabulously. How are you?
@@johnthomasguitar I am doing OK. Feeling better each day and all clear on path report. Working on getting as close to back to normal as possible. Approaching 1 month since procedure in a week or so.
