How to fix a thermostat wire

How to fix a thermostat wire that’s had its protective sleeve torn off.
Having the colored thermostat wires exposed to the outside air/water can cause your AC to not work.
Fix this easily with electric tape and or replace all together with a new thermostat wire.

I did not charge for this. I was at this house to replace a bad thermostat and perform a spring service on the unit so I just included this into the whole service.
