Sobrang ganda ng idea. Pano po kayo sa 40 sqm narrow house parang sa mga townhouse, 2 storey 3 bedrooms (2 loft bedrooms sa 2nd flr) with roofdeck (optional pero mas okay kung meron).

Ano po standard height ng house pag my loft? At height ng loft area to ceiling?
Walang exit sa likod ? DitO sa Singapore Kahit anung liit ng mga raw house 🏠 may exit at may canal at least one meter wide sa likod kaya kun mag karon ng sunog may tatakbuhan likod at harap,dyn satin puro sagaran yun karamihan raw house,.
