This is so perfect design. However, please do not put transitions when there is cut because we kind of lost direction. It would have been better if the movement of the view is continous like without cut. So we can easily visualize the house.
Can you please design 2 story with 6 bedroom and store of 7x14m. Floor area with setback firewll in a street corner location.. Of lot area. Thanks.. ☺️☺️

Wow! I'm in awe with this design especially the high ceiling part, you really made it look great in such a small place ..it inspires me more to work harder so I could build something like this in the future, I love it, I hope you could make another design almost like this in a 96 square meters, 2 storey house with 6 bedrooms ( 2 rooms in the first floor with common TB and 4 rooms in the second floor with TB each, please add walk- in closet for the master bedroom located at the second floor), 2 carport, with mini garden, a dirty kitchen and laundry at the back (like the one in this video) and also a terrace a little bigger than in this video. Thank you so much for all your awe-inspiring videos..

I love this! I'm getting a tiny house built as a young woman and mother if one living on my own first time makes me feel so safe and secure that my home is within a border I love that no one can just walk to my home both front yard and back! I loved the border idea so genius

love it , but how i wish the frontage is more open that will fit to farm Maybe with a small hammock, a small coffee table , open laundry deck by the side , A mixture of modern and farm house design .yet concrete and can stand a typhoon. i will wait how this design turn to a mixture of modern farm house design. Like it but the best thing for these homes is a spiral staircase that’s just my opinion tho because the offset of the tv is very irritating

Sorry, but it’s kinda confusing bcoz of the cut in the video, is bedroom 1 downstairs or all are upstairs, but all rooms are nice, it’s not facing the door (as the sayings goes, it’s not nice and bad luck if the bed is facing or towards the door). Outside was really nice, for a very small space, this plan is nice. Thanks for sharing.

Tu trabajo es excelente!! Podrias hacer un diseño de dos plantas, con las medidas del terreno de 6.5 x 11mts? Incluyendo la cochera para un auto (de 2,04 x 4,47mts) y un patio de atrás?. En planta superior habitación matrimonial grande con vestidor , balcón y baño en suite mirando hacia la fachada y dos cuartos secundarios con baño compartido? desde ya, muchas gracias!

Don't need a bedroom down stairs. 3 bed rooms upstairs will suffice. You can just extend the cr and kitchen to maximize further the living room.

At Ilan po Yong total floor area nito kasama 2nd floor sir? At kasama po ba Ang kusina nito sa likod sa 6x6 sir? Sana po masagot nyo sir . Para malaman ko Lang po kong kakasya sa lote ko.
