I never knew there would be a day where I'd see a T.Rex using tools that really caught me off guard, this is a great work either way, you could have just made the T.Rex kill it by biting and breaking it's neck and I would have loved it anyway but you chose to have a tool using T.Rex and that's an A+ on creativity.

@@bigglasses2625 Gashadokorus specifically target humans, so its pretty unlikely it would try an ancient beast that our primitive squirrel ancestors were absolutely horrified of. To be honest, now you got me wanting to do something with primitive ancestral fears and it being about why our innate fear of creatures like reptilians bore so deep... and the idea is that dinosaurs are the root cause for the ancestral fear we have.

While I love the modern Antlered Wendigo, which is really fucking cool, we really don’t see mythology accurate Wendigos anymore.
Originally, Wendigos looked like The Rake or SCP 096, but still sapient. Forced to forever repeat the sin of cannibalism, unable to quench their thirst. For that is their eternal punishment.
And they couldn't turn into animals.
I think the modern is more original and unique since we already have a lot of the other ones, but hey, just my opinion
I also made my own Wendigo design, based on the depictions like this one here. I even used SCP-323 for reference on the head. But when I learned about controversies that went on with a Wendigo Grimm for a RWBY Grimm contest in concerns of cultural appropriation, I began reworking my design to get closer to its Native American values, even making the body more emaciated like the original mythologically accurate version and adding ice and snow on its body based on the icy versions of the Creatures of Grimm in Atlas in RWBY to align with its association with harsh winter.

The Mythology accurate ones don’t do that. They were more like witches and warlocks that wore animal pelts. Due to magic, they would gain enhanced abilities depending on the pelt.
Bear? Increased strength and durability.
Wolf? Enhanced senses and sprint speed.
@@dinoskywalker3515 why not have both? Mythological accurate Wendigos were still sapient. Just have yours wear a deer skull and pelt as a helmet and cloke. Similar to a Skinwalker.
(Also, speaking a some who has Native American in his ancestry, cultural appropriation is BS. We don’t own the rights and trademarks to the Wendigo. You make it look like however you want. Heck, I even said I LIKED the modern Wendigo design.)

I’m not really complaining about who won here, but more so upset with the wendigo not dishing out that punch at first. If you could punch that hard why waste your time with hallucinations.
Pretty sure it wanted to instill fear into the rex first with forms of territorial rivals before taking shots at it.

I don't think the Tyrannosaurus is as much the JP one as the real one can legitimately win the Wendigo having many more abilities that give it a certain advantage, but the animation is still very clever and well done.

Two terrors of the night. Pretty stellar fight even if the wendigo was a bit too big. The shapeshifting into different opponents made up for it. Perfect Halloweeny match-up nonetheless.
I loved this style so much. It gave that horror vibe and u portrayed it perfectly.

Amazing Fight, But Was Expecting A Non-Roaring and A Stealthy Accurate T Rex, but none the less, that doesn't take away from the amazing animation and fight, one of the best I've ever seen.
In actuality, the idea of T rex being able to use a tool isn't too far fetched. After all study's show that they could have had the thinking power equal to some primates. 🤔😁👏
Yeah, about that, a more recent study has made a counter argument about Tyrannosaurus being that intelligent.
Even from the start, some experts have had their doubts to the validity of the study that states Tyrannosaurus were that smart.
It's still a topic of debate.

Honestly I love how the fight turned out and I loved the fact that it really showcased that tyrannosaurus is not a dumb brute it is actually an intelligent animal as well One of the smartest large theropods

This is such a cool concept! Prehistoric animals vs myths and folklore sounds so cool. Here's an idea, JP's Spinosaurus vs the Basillisk
It's not a good compare becaus most animals would lose. The dinosour would have been dead the moment he got near the wendigo, becaus of the abilities of wendigos is to take controll of animals. Also the trex should have lost when he got thrown.
Basilisk the king of the snakes vs spinosourus the thorn lizard.
Im not trying to be rude but first of all you can only kill a basilisk with silver, fire or with it's own ability. Not only that if the spino looks at the basi he will lose becaus the ability of the basilisk is literally killing some with its eyes. Just even getting with a gaze alone will petrify you.
And im 100% sure that the spino will stare down basilisk.

For the record to anyone who reads the comments and doubts it, the T Rex using the spear is entirely unrealistic. Recent studies have shown that Therapods likely had neuron density comparable to corvids, and Tyrannosaurus is upwards into what you see in baboons. So, a Tyrannosaurus was very likely intelligent enough to use tools. Granted, in most situations, a Tyrannosaurus would have little need of any tools.
Oof this is a tricky one … Rexy definitely has the weight advantage (no matter the version Wendigos are always portrayed as skeletalj true we’ve never been given a maximum height/weight for the Wendigo but I’m gonna guess this one is a big boi, plus Rexy can’t be intimidated as easily as humans so-GO REXY!!! *KICK ITS BONY ASS!!!* 😆😆😆

The bite force of the Titanosaur Rex, is the most powerful bite force known. I doubt he would let go of a pray he locked his teeth on, to pick up a weapon with his mouth and stab it. He'd simply bite through it's neck and crash it with his enormouslly powerful bite. Overall, very good job. Although, arguments could be made about the winner (depending on the question, can the Wendigo be killed in such a way?). I'll give it, a 9/10.

based on what I know on the Wendigo and T Rex, The sheer muscle of a T Rex would indeed fuck up a Wendigo. A Wendigo does have fear bullshittery on it's side but a T Rex (imo) would probably not run since its not bigger than it. Unless a creature is smarter or out numbers a bigger creature they will tens to run, this was very likely the same case for things during the times of the dinosaurs as well. So if the Wendigo is either the same size or smaller than the T Rex, it will not be likely that a T Rex would run. This isn't considering that there is speculation that a T Rex wasn't just a brute as well, some experts are saying that T Rex had a considerably high intellect (nothing close to humans, maybe a dog? idk) so problem solving isn't out of the realm of possibility for a T Rex (though using a tree as a weapon most certainly is, still awesome though).
So a T Rex beating a Wendigo is more likely than the Wendigo beating the T Rex. I would say 7/10 times the T Rex would win.

I'm pretty sure a lion would fight a velocaraptor if it had no other choice, or a Cheetah would battle a mammoth if it has no other choice. A monkey would go berserk and try to rip off the face of a rhino if it had no other choice, I be it very suicidal, but only we'd see if that way.
