  • Propylene glycol is run alongside the beer lines to keep things cool. Here's an example of a chiller we use and how things work.
    The chiller requires a dedicated circuit, and can go in or out of the walk-in cooler. It is not recommended to go on top of the cooler.

      Sometimes, If space in other places is a constraint, yes.

      @@adammarchuk8885 Praise Be! It all comes out in the wash. There is no difference between putting it in the cooler and putting it in an air conditioned room. In fact, if the option is a closet with no ventilation or a cooler, it would make more sense to put it in the cooler.
