Just tried this last night with great success. I absolutely love this. My cardio sucks and I prefer to just sit and now I can take them down with hardly any effort when they are standing
I studied john smith a lot, theres a lot of his instructionals on yt for free. I had so much success in my bjj classes from this move. It never crossed my mind to do it from bottom though 😂 Something Ive noticed about John Smith is that hes so flexible, when he shoots in usually the way people try to defend is by grabbing his ankle, but his hips and groin are so flexible that he can point his toes out, spread his knees and sit his butt on the floor without any issues, he leaves no space. After all these years hes kept the flexibility to do this which is super impressive. Obviously this is high level and most dont know how to defend anyways, most I ever needed was peeking out the back if I go too deep with my head. Which is great because you get to take his back also.
@@CoachZahabi coach I blew out this 40 year olds acl today using this. I think it should be fine as he won’t come to the gym anymore so he can’t confront me. Any advice if he does?

@@CoachZahabiwe are waiting coach!
Dangerous for mma right??
Coach do you worry about your training partners knees with this?
I’ve never hurt anybody with this move nor have I ever seen anyone get hurt by it. Still though accidents can happen. I think the key is control.

Coach when are you going to debate vegan gains? He has requested it to see your stance on the topic.
He’s not an academic and too much of a troll for me to take him seriously. Sorry.
