A Good session ♥️ Demonstrations in class pertaining to the topic being taught are very important especially to make the pupils interested in concept and lecture. When it happens, an equal or probably much more important part is rigirous theoretical and mathematical reasoning of the topic being taught. The former predominantly plays a role in making it interesting and fun and the later plays a role in instilling a great deal of curiosity, reasoning, critical thinking and creativity in students. Unfortunately, regarding science education, as i have observed arround me in pakistan is that there is a meaningless cycle that repeatedly produces pseudo-teachers/professors. There is almost no meaningful output. Thousands of science graduates per annum recieve degrees (just a piece of paper) and then they become pseudo-teachers/professors. they then produce another set of fake-teachers and the cycle goes on. Why so much waste of resources? Science is supposed to amend our understanding of nature and to use our understanding in research and technology. If that doesn't happen. There is an enormous waste of resources.
