Then comes the part of candidate performance, and hear Ma'am Noor Ul huda has been found very profound in knowledge. However, at the start she kept eye contact with all the interviewers but after a time she lost this. Also, she didn't give up on the mark answers of a few questions like when she was asked about the background of the Indus water treaty, she replied with the latter development after the treaty was reached. It can be due to the interview pressure. Regardless, her knowledge, deliverance and confidence are worth appreciating.

she is giving answers to all questions very frequently and confidently. The thing which impressed me the most is her accent , clearity and flaw to answer the spontaneous questions . she deserves to be appointed at foreign service of pakistan (FSP).
After watching the 50 interviews but really this interview is outstanding, excellent and very informative step in the command of brilliant knowledge.... I would give her the 1 number and what a talented girl having extreme maturity in speaking, analysing and opinions......❤❤❤❤❤❤Much more love from my side iam also the aspirant of CSS and did graduation in IR

She has good knowledge and high level of confidence. She managed well to impress the panel, but one thing that I found Initially she was not giving the answer to the question what was being asked rather she was discussing about here & there. Later she managed herself well but, she gave lengthy answer to the questions which I think she must have told in very short. And third one was that she was speaking very fast without even thinking for a mint about the question! I found these things, Otherwise everything thing was good. She deserves to be the assistant commissioner❤
She was answering the questions only bookish things thats why the interviewer insisted i need to hear your opinion After that she answered some questions with her opinion which she nailed. I think the interview could be much more interesting if she had given opinions on the most of the questions.

I think nobody notice she is speaking in US accent, and her fluency is next level with best use of vocabulary. She really speaks like English TV anchors of Pak.
You see she is more focused on ratta rather than giving her own opinion...The question about the shortage of water in Islamabad and was that the right decision...? It required to give her own opinion I guess ..but she replied what she ratified .

Yes a little difference in CSS and fpsc GR. GR penal mostly asking questions related to yours subject, while CSS interview is check of yours general and psychology of the condidates.

Not impressed! Sure the flow was proper but the construction of ideas didn't lead to productive conclusion. This is what wrong with css, there should be a section in the exam where students while they prepare for their exam work on solving a hypothetical or actual problem currently faced by Pakistan. By implementing such a measure the beaueacracy as a whole would take actions, which is yet again another problem. Instead of assigning them into a specific role- the job should require a collective thought process where you not only just aware of a problem from a specific region but work collectively in a constrctive manner to address thr problem.
You think that the bureaucrats will be watching this interview? Or they will give any importance to the opinions of the students who haven’t even been appointed yet? I’m sure they must have a lot of other things to work upon and it would be enough if they complete their own tasks honestly. This is only an interview which shows how the aspirant tackles problems. They asked her about the problems and their solutions which she answered well. The questions asked were quite different and productive. Her confidence level and everything was on point but the only thing I found lacking was her personal opinions. She should have mentioned what she would do or what an individual being a responsible citizen should do rather than what should be done by the government. But overall, I’m impressed by her and I think she deserves to be an AC. I think confidence knowledge and problem solving abilities matter the most which she has.
