this is how we do fried rice... the faster way... sautee the onion and garlic then the meat then the rice... as soon as everything is done, create a space in the center then add the egg... as soon as cooked, mix it all together and you're done...
Stens if you can find some fatty ground pork it shouldnt be too hard to make. Longanisa is very sweet and corned beef is very salty. I'm sure both would be good but different.
Too much oil. Better yet use the oil of the longganisa itself, cook the scrambled egg in it, add the rice, add some garlic margarine, then the veggies plus seasoning(salt&pepper)
Did your longanisa come already smashed? I have only seen longanisa that is sausage like and not smashed like that unless you just smash it for the fried rice :)
