    Thank u po sir,sayo po ako natoto magluto,halos lht po ng niluluto ko recepies mo,kaya lang imbes na pork ginagawa ko pong beef,bawal po kc sming mga muslim ang pork...kaya salamat po ng marami,sana marami kapang recipies na maishare smin.

    Gusto ko mga niluluto mo kasi mga simple lang.. at hindi mahirap hanapin ang mga ingredients mo, madaling sundan ang pagluluto kasi maliwanag mong itinuturo . Thanks ng marami.. :)

    this is how we do fried rice... the faster way... sautee the onion and garlic then the meat then the rice... as soon as everything is done, create a space in the center then add the egg... as soon as cooked, mix it all together and you're done...

    Try using white pepper instead of black pepper. Mas masarap sya. Use the McCormick brand kasi yung ibang white pepper walang lasa.

      Stens if you can find some fatty ground pork it shouldnt be too hard to make. Longanisa is very sweet and corned beef is very salty. I'm sure both would be good but different.

      Good question, it was unsalted. However, I do not think that using salted butter will matter. So, I say you can use either.

    Too much oil. Better yet use the oil of the longganisa itself, cook the scrambled egg in it, add the rice, add some garlic margarine, then the veggies plus seasoning(salt&pepper)

    Did your longanisa come already smashed? I have only seen longanisa that is sausage like and not smashed like that unless you just smash it for the fried rice :)

      As HisandHersLA mentioned, the sausage casing was removed. The texture is soft since it is still uncooked.

    masarap kaso deadly. mantika here mantika there, butter pa. may natural oil na yung taba sa longganisa e. i do cook too but not this kind na puro oil. scary.
