I do not get that you connect the home load to the grid. Should this not be connected to the load port. If the grid goes down it would now mean that your home load goes off since there is no disconnect of the grid. If you would still power the grid port and thus the home load it would also make the grid live which can be dangerous for workers on the grid right?
Hello Kyle. We have 2 x 5kW hybrid Deye inverter single phase with all load connected to load port in parallel and grid connected to grid port in parallel. Master has 2530W PV and slave has 5250W PV using 2 x pylon us3000c connected in parallel to both inverter. Problem is that grid power is high and not using all PV. When grid switched off the PV production is higher. Please help. Also..noted that sometimes Master will say charging while slave will say discharging at the same time.

need to make sure the PV power of the master is avaiable. Also need to check the inverter firmware version.

Can work in parallel Hybrid invertor and on-grid Invertor (once without battery)?
if no battery connected, then it will work like on-grid inverter which can work only solar sell mode.
what does "IT system neutral is not grounded" option do?
If your grounding system is IT, which PE and N are separated, check this box.
