arna vyavasta explained in BhagvatGeeta: Srikrishna says in Bhagvat Gita chapter 4 verse 13 that human beings are categorized into four classes or varnaas. These classes are based on the 3 gunaas, and the corresponding action that each guna prompts us to do. Here the 3 Gunas are Sattava gun, Rajo gun and Thamogun. Srikishna never said that case is by birth but is based on the quality or spiritual level or you can say his/hers level of awareness. Tamo gun character kama (desire), krodha (anger), lobha (greed), Mada (arrogance), moha (delusion), and matsarya (jealousy), bhay( fear). Tamo gun can be compared to entropy( lack of order or randomness) .Sattva gun is unconditional love. Rajas is the driving energy. All living and non living things has these 3 gunas( qualities) . If a person is with his son who they love ( true love is synonym for unconditional) then his sattva guna will be predominant. His Rajas guna will generate the energy in him to do the act in character of the sattva guna. When the same person is encountering a person whom he hates then his tamo gun is in to action and it will act in as much force as he has Rajas gun. Each person should take up those responsibility in the society which is ideal for his composition( of the 3 gunas) . A saatvik person is able to transact higher amount of divine energy and can do a better job to program the dieties and enhance the energy field in temple. They are called brahmins. As you know temple and dieties is like a hospital where healing happens. There is a whole science behind temple architecture and Tantra. Those who has composition is saatvik but predominantly rajas has the drive and energy to do administration and they are called shaktriyas. Vayshyas has more tamas than satva and has moderate rajas. Shudra is predominantly tamas. These 3 gunas are associated with the vibrations of the energy body which inhabits the physical body. A person who is 100% saatvic cannot sustain in human body and they will transcend in to higher planes of existence, so a balancing composition is necessary for us to be in this body and live in the physical plane. It is similar to how electrons, neutrons and protons balance an atom. There are many planes of existence based on frequency of vibration of energy. A society is like an organism where each body part has its own function. A person in Sanathan dharma is like an organ in an organism and he/she fits himself in to appropriate job. A person who cleans drainage is no inferior to a person assigned to a job in temple. Over period of time when there came wealth imbalance, nepotism parents wanted their kids to have privilege over the others and the caste system got linked to lineage or by birth so that people can still hold on to the privileges they enjoy and pass it own to their children without any merit . The composition of gunas in you can be controlled using inputs to your mind ( positive thoughts), food you eat and spiritual practices. This is not an easy topic to understand. Brahman ( Vipra in Sanskrit) is the one who understood Brahman(the universal intelligence. pronunciation is different for this word and difficult to express in English). No where in Vedas or upanishads it iOS mentioned varna vyavastha is something by birth or caste. You should differentiate social evils from evils within the philosophy of religion like in Islam. Read Gita yourself from the subject matter matter experts of respective fields rather than believing frauds like Dr. Zakir Naik. One of the best BhagvatGita explanations I have seen is from Ramakrishna Ashram saints. ua-cam.com/users/VedantaNewYorkArchives. And if you want to buy one then recommend the one from Paramahansa Yogananda which is for advanced leaners and gives the meanings and implications at Universal, soul level and covers physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each sloka. People in all caste, creed and sects should unite in the name of Sanathan Dharma.

It is a safe bet to say that while most might have heard about Bhagavad-Gita, hardly any would have read it (much less apprised it as can be seen here) though it contains no more than seven-hundred verses that is not counting the unnumbered opening one in its thirteenth chapter! Not only that, this, possibly, over-two-millennia-old classic could be the only epic in the world that is admired without application of mind and debunked with understandable misunderstanding as it, as it is, sanctions the inimical caste divisions in the Hindu polity as opposed to the Torah, the Bible, and the Quran that seek to inculcate unity amongst the respective communities.
The sore point to those at the rough-end-of-the-caste-stick in the ‘in vogue’ Gita (short description of the Bhagavad-Gita) is God Krishna’s alleged owning the creation of the very discriminatory caste system thus:
    chātur-varṇyaṁ mayā sruṣhṭaṁ guṇa-karma-vibhāgaśhaḥ
tasya kartāram api māṁ viddhyakartāram avyayam (Ch 4 v 13)
Well, the plain reading of this Sanskrit sloka indicates that based on the (human) qualities and (mundane) activates he had created the four varnas (castes), and although he was the creator of this system, he remains a non-doer and unchangeable.
