or for drag you can just ws punish the grab immediately after the low would have been blocked since the grab cant get standing, which means just using your normal ws punish earlier than you would have anyway is a true option select.
These vids are super helpful. I'd love if you still did voice over while explaining the strings in addition to the subtitles. Its hard to read and pay attention to the string at the same time. Plus if I pause to read it, the timeline covers up the subtitles when not in full screen
If I can give you a suggestion: It would be preferible if you could present all (or most) of the knowledge checks of a character in the same video. For example, Dragunov b4,2,1 is way more common and a menace to beginners than b2,1,3, but you didn't present it here. I guess it was your intention to explain strings like that in future videos (and I'll love to watch them), but I think that explaining a character all in the same video could help people to focus on it and master the matchup; you know, having all the knowledge checks collected here ready to be brought in practice mode and learned! I just say that because I think that your work is precious, and with some work could become a diamond for the community! Thank you!

It's an age-old question when trying to teach a big subject, lots of in-depth discussion one one particular thing (in this case, a character) or a little bit of detail but covering a wider variety characters, so I opted for the latter because I like to try and remember at least one 'gimmick' or 'knowledge check' per character and punish them when I see it. But moving forward, I'll probably cover some more specific anti character guides for the most popular which will include Drag but also Reina, Azucena etc.
I have done this in the past, but problem is I have no where to put the the text then, but if there's specific frames involved then I do mention them (I.E "You can launch these" "You need an i13 mid here")

Please don't teach players to d1 by default. Even during these strings they'll get low parried. There's a reason d1 is the signature move of low level defense
And then what if you know they’ll try and low parry your D1 and so you launch them? What if they know you know they’ll try and punish their low parry and whiff punish their punish? How far down the high level mind games do you want to go for a video/channel aimed at brand new players? Sure, down jabs have weaknesses, but we’re talking here in the context of the average player who is just getting knowledge checked to death by string spam rather than high level opponents.

You are actually doing him a favor by not watching. It's hard for lower count subs to get any traction even if they do everything right. You should be ashamed

It's actually -15, so the risk/reward is basically never worth it for the Law player
With King I do crouch throws on Lars. It’s been working on lower ranks
Timing is kind of tight on it no? been trying to do it and I can maybe pull it off 2/10 times
