The 7' Skip Shooter anntena I put on my truck is awesome. Had a clear contact with a base station 50 miles out with the Uniden. Before the skip started rolling! Oh Yeah!!! Smilin', I am all over the key. 👍👊👊 😑🦗
I have been using the Driver Extreme 4ft fiberglass antennas for over a year have been very pleased with there great performance on my 579 Peterbuilt,and running my Uniden Grant,antenna bases can be brittle, so watch for trees.
I run a Freightliner cascadia mirror Mount. I'm already running driver extreme coax. They don't make a six-foot antenna but I was thinking about trying a 5 and 1/2 ft. I am currently running a 6-ft fire stick cut to tune.
@@TheRadioGarage Hey Matt I'm using DRX 4401 40" Driver Extreme on my dump truck it is the best antenna I have tried so far 1.2 swr getting out 15 plus miles talking with coworker also some skip with my rci 39 vhp.
I just picked up a Galaxy Pluto, and would like to get work done from you. I have no idea on the as if it works or what? Really would like a new clean bill of health on the radio and an upgrade in performance. Perhaps? How do I go in contacting you for work?

I have a subscriber testing out a driver Extreme antenna right now so will see what the results are.
