Normally better to go through private job agency which applies high tax but at the same time is the best way that DHA will accept you as they receive a return from the agencies. If you apply by yourself they will start asking more documents than previously requested, they will search faults or gaps to make you fail. I told that by personal experience.

Honestly speaking if you want to work at the doctor in foreign countries it's really difficult to find a job as a surgeon but it's very easy to find a job in medicine or in GP setup
