✅Ingredients:
Flour 500 gr + (50 gr) for dusting
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Salt 1 tsp with a slide
Water 250 ml 70-80C
Divide the dough into 12-13 pieces of 60-65 gr each, roll out the diameter of the cake 24 cm
✔Filling
Meat 500 gr (any or mixture 50/50)
Bulb onion 200 gr
Small green onion (optional)
Salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp (optional)
Water 100 ml
Vegetable oil for frying 300 ml
We put the fillings on 60-70 gr on each cake.
