You had the exact information I was looking for! My daughter and I want to age a book cover with crackling and don’t have much money to spend on a lot of trial and error. I love your teaching style! Question- we would like to transfer the book title onto the book but with the three dimensional effect I don’t see how we could do that. Any suggestions?? I am so glad to subscribe to your channel!
Judy Thank you so much. I’m not sure what you mean about transferring the book title. Do you mean the actual title or do you want to put the title in the front using other materials. If it’s the latter you can use small letters made out of chipboard, wood or foam and glue them to the front. Then paint everything. You can do the crackle effect and then add the title.
Lee that is a partially accurate guess. I was born in Israel but left when I was 1 years old, I actually grew up in Venezuela so I speak spanish fluently as well as hebrew. At age 15 I moved to Canada so I have a mixed accent. Basically I have an accent in any language I speak. Your last name sounds spanish or latin but your first name is American or English . Tamir is actually my married name... thank you for your words!
@@KerenTamir That is fascinating! What an interesting life you’ve had. I’m of English decent and have lived in the US my whole life. My husband’s parents immigrated here from the Philippines, hence my Hispanic married name.
Yes I do speak Hebrew and I can read it as well but I don’t have a Hebrew keyboard on my computer Plus my spelling is terrible and Hebrew so I answer in English usually you can write to me in Hebrew
which technique are you referring to? the paste can definitely be added onto glass. if its a stencil you'd need a flat surface but it could work with paste

oh that makes sense as there was a lot of Hispanic influence in the Philippines as Spain reigned there for many years...
האם ניתן להשתמש במשחת נעליים חומה במקום בדיו בצבע ספיה?
I've never used shoe polish so I'm not sure if it would work. Best thing is to try and experiment!

Gesso and glue makes crackle effects, as well.
Why so many ads? It’s too many for 11 minutes!!!!!
