I can tell that that the simplicity of the recipe will turn out good.Im a chef so just by looking at it.Its really great in taste,he did the procedure just right in every angle.Im a critic but the SPICE JUST RIGHT.

Pine nuts is used for pesto..... I guess everyone have their own style
You can also use cashew nuts as pine nuts are quite pricy.
He is just trying to use prolly local ingredients that can easily be found in Philippines that are cheaper as well as an alternative for the pine nuts.
Pine nuts are used yes but sunflower seeds are second to it just as cashews. The seeds are more cost effective though and there is no real recipe for pesto just as there is.

I like it, just noticed lang parang na-liquidy ung sauce na sobrahan cguro sa pagblend. Dahil “sumayaw oa c mel” hehehhe but its ok! Pero mukhang masarap ito dahil bagoong din ang alternative ko sa anchovies! Will definitely cook this tomorrow! This is my fav pasta plus I like this episode kasi ang mga host hndi sinasapawan ang guest, unlike sa kabila, habang nagluluto.
Liquidy siya at first since hindi pa kasi nagsesettle yung bits ng basil leaves.

Looks homey. But he kinda forgot the garlic though,pesto was a little runny but it’s okay, probably because of the blender. I wonder why he didn’t sauté the tuna enough, it barely even simmered. And it’s a shame that the pasta was cooled/washed after cooking. It would have probably tasted way better had it been cooked and mixed together freshly. Still gonna try it tho, looks good. Lol.

parmesan, tuna tapos bagoong? tapos healthy? lahat ng yan mataas na sa sodium. sa italian cuisine, pag may tuna na ang pasta hindi na nilalagyan pa ng parmesan, therefore kung may parmesan na ang pesto hindi na kelangan ng tuna lalo na ng bagoong.
Dami mo nirereklamo sa buhay.
Pwede naman din lagyan ng chocolate at strawberry yung pesto kung trip mo. 😂😏

Awesomoid lol fyi chef yang nagluluto at my own resto. Di man ako diplomada sa pag luluto ng pasta pero alam ko tamang proseso ng para sa pesto sauce dahil may mga kaibigan.din ako chef sa makati resto salamat sa kanila... 😂
