i am 56 years old male...having one stent in heart...can I do the exercises you have shown in this video? bashtrika and kalapabhati are not good for heart patients plus surya namaskar also should not be done...please let me know your opinion
my yoga session...30 minutes...tadasana....kati parivarthanasana..trikonasana...parshwa trikonasana...veerabhadrasana...pavana mukthasana (very impt for gas)..sethu bandhasana..then vajrasana...mandookasana...yoga mudrasana...shashankasana...bhujangasana...shlabasana...dhanurasana..bharadwajasana...butterfly or titliasana...jatara parivarthanasana...then 10 minutes of shavasana....the pranayanama...anulom vilom...bhramari...chandrabhedana..omkar and end with 10 minutes of shavasana...is this okay sister? please clarify
